@@Sicario969 the popping is an extra fuel line and a spark plug in the exhaust during decel usually, yes its 100% fake.

Amgs 6.2 is better, but m3 e92 is still great.
When I saw "*STRAIGHT PIPED*" in the title I expected my ears to bleed, since that is usually the case. But damn, that thing sound sweet!

The engine is probably rebuilt at least once because those engines are very very “reliable”
Definitely not on it’s first rod bearings. Not a consistent engine at all. But when she runs, oh she will.

I’ve driven my friends straight piped e92 and let me say video can not do any justice. It is literally so loud and intense and the v8 fills the air completely. Truly a magnificent car and driving experience.

Hahaha I laugh so hard. You obviously never understood the maintenance costs / ownership headache of either engines. The S85 V10 is a nightmare to own, its best to stay away from it. The V8 in the E9x has issues such as ITB, VANOS and rod bearing failure, all which are costly. I have a 335 Diesel, 650 ft-lbs of torque (880nm) and outrun any m3/m5. I can drive it to the dirt.

@Kris Nicholson every m3 has this problem. Worst case i saw was 332 on speedo and 297 on GPS. 35 km/h difference.
@Kris Nicholson hmm, I would say bigger wheels should indicate lower speed. Because I imagine speedo measures number of times wheel does a full rotation, that's why when you spin the wheels it shows you higher speed. But if you have bigger wheels, every time a wheel rotates a full circle you go bigger distance, so you go faster at the same engine revs. But if it's not calibrated, car doesn't know that, so it should indicate lower speed than actual. This car indicates 30kph more than actual.

He has aftermarket wheels and tires, which are probably of different overall diameter than OEM wheels.
It will lead to inaccuracies beyond the usual OEM tolerances of 3-5%.
divimport2 my 2012 e92 m3 was also highly inaccurate on stock tires and rims. 270 speedo and 253 gps.

BMW (and other car manufacturers) need to start making naturally aspirated and manual only editions of their cars for us car enthusiasts. They can keep making turbo and dual-clutch/automatic for the masses, but give us something because there are no cars like this anymore.
Im a huge Audi guy but I really appreciate bmws tho one thing I like about this it doesn't do that stupid fart audi does between shifting just clean cut gears I love it
