    Love the simplicity of just feeling the feelings. I’ve been doing it a lot these days. Would have loved to have a longer version of this. Thank You for this 🙏🏻

    How cathartic. We really only need to be guided to do this. Grateful for the words, the pacing, the sounds, the gentle voice. Thank you. I'll be sharing this.

    What a lovely meditation. It was very calming. I think this will be a great mediation to come back to when one is trying to work through those hard to feel emotions. 💞

    In my experience, one of the most fundamental and most important meditations! The foundation of connecting with self and all that is. This guided meditation helped (and still helps) me a lot. Thank you for that 💙🌞🤗

    Thank you so much for this medication. A quote has been on my heart lately “Pain demands to be felt, and you cannot heal the pain you refuse to feel.” I know that is what I need to do and this medication is the perfect first step. Sending you love ❤️

      Hello Emily, thank you for your kind comment and for this beautiful quote. That is how we heal... by feeling what we feel and allowing ourselves to be free from those feelings and emotions through transmutation by simply allowing. This is Alessandrina responding on behalf of Dexter and thanking you for your comment. Sending you love ❤️

    I enjoyed it a lot, but the ending felt too abrupt. More pause and a few more suggestions to come back to full awareness and alertness before you say about your other services would be more pleasant. Thanks!

    I have this sensation in my mouth I keep sucking uncontrollably and I can't get rid of it how do I deal with it?

    • @DexterandAlessandrina
      @DexterandAlessandrina  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Franco, that's an interesting sensation. As a coach, I would suggest bringing your awareness to your mouth, and what you feel there. Breath gently, and relax that area. Does that change anything? However, if this is a medical issue I'd suggest speaking to a doctor.

    I'm looking for help here. Since my mom died 3 years ago, I stopped feeling. So much so I almost took my life. Honestly it's the worst thing ever to not feel. I can feel anger, rage, sadness but NOTHING else. I have so much to be happy and grateful for but I can not generate the feeling :( I've meditated for ten years and now, seems like I can't meditate anymore because everytime I do, I get itchy everywhere which takes my attention away from everything. I've tried leaving the itchiness but it gets painful so I have to scratch :( god damn it. :(

    • @DexterandAlessandrina

      Sorry to hear that Sam. I feel you can work through this and at some point in the future this can all be just the healed past and you may not even recognize/remember your old (current) self anymore. In your situation I would suggest keep going, ask for and receive guidance from wise individuals, and also creatively find a way to solve these obstacles arising such as the itchiness and your reported inability to feel anything other than negative emotions. Maybe meditating under a hot shower will resolve the itchiness, for example. Maybe doing something you love, with your favorite meal, could bring up some positive emotions, even if its just temporary relief. Then when you feel that relief or positive emotions, go into it, expand it, become it. If you practice this over time, I hope you experience some benefits. Wishing you the very best. Love, Dexter
