Now Facebook or ermmm "Meta" may be a dying dinosaur but it is still one of the elite advertising platforms. Even spending a small amount can have great returns and help build out your short term rental business and take it even further off AIRBNB. You can still run these ads to your airbnb link but building a direct booking website is the way to really maximize all of this. Great content. How do you get around the Facebook discrimination filters? When I try to run an ad they flag me as being discriminatory and force me to use the special ad category of “housing” which then limits much of the audience targeting. Thanks!

@@annavlasova6948 On a new campaign or on an existing one(After being flagged by Meta) head over to the "Campaigns" section
✅On the special ads category, click the categorize your ads button
✅Answer the question provided by Facebook depending on your Niche for this case, Housing
✅ Click review, then publish your ads and you're good to go

I launched this campaign and today is day 3. I'm spending $10/day. So far it has 34 likes, 5 comments, and 2 shares. I was expecting more engagement at this point. Is this good, bad, or in the normal range? I see that your prospecting ad currently has 6.4k likes, 2.4k comments, and 2.2k shares. How long did it take you to get to this point? I also created the FB retargeting campaign but it's not getting any impression because FB said that the minimum audience size is 1000 people. Is there any way around that or do I just need to be patient?

How do you install pixel? or get facebook to understand conversions to airbnb page? Did you also run ads directly to your airbnb posting? was it useful. If you made a new site for this, were you getting bookings from the new website or directing them to airbnb?

I have a landing page with a "book now" button that redirects the users to my Airbnb listing. I can track button clicks but how can I track the actual conversions at Airbnb end?
