    In Nigeria, the major religion is the minority traditions. Christianity and Islam are just used to cover them up mostly because people don't want to be identified as traditional worshipers.

    I think you did well but comparing Nigeria to America doesn't make any sense. I told Nigerians to stop doing that. America is 244 yrs while Nigeria is only 61 yrs after independence for both nation. Millions of Americans have died for their country to get to where it is today, and millions are still ready to die. How many Nigerians are ready to die for Nigeria. The English is different because Nigerians speak British English which is different from American English. As a matter of fact, the British English is more recognized around the world than American English. Only America say Elevator or Soccer. The rest of the world call it Lift and Football. There are many reasons it doesn't make sense to compare but I cannot type it here. I notice you just got to USA. Live there for couple years working and paying bills, then tells us what you think then. But any way good try.
