Look Inside Chinese PMG after Spinning at High RPM

I spin a 300 RPM chinese PMG at over 2000 RPM and then take a look inside to see the state of everything inside.
Also cover some of the other aspects not covered in the previous video about the internal structure.

If the windings had been varnished which is normal practice the overall resistance of the windings would be better, also the wires would not have moved. The laminated iron helps prevent hysteresis and similar losses

Mam turbinę wiatrową SM 6 z takim samym generatorem . Uzwojenie jest połączone w gwiazdę ale 2 faza jest odwrócona .Czy to normalne w chińskich prądnicach ?

2000 RPM is not much for an small electric machine. What did you expect to see?

@@friedrich_k It was more about the winding's insulation being able to handle the high voltages at the high rpms. It actually wasn't able to maintain the high voltages at 3000 rpm and arcs formed and shorted the winding.
