The previous turntable was based on K-track, this new turntable is designed for C-track.
You can use it with K-track, but the approach tracks from your layout connecting to the turntable will have to use the 24922 transition tracks to change to C-track.

You can opt to leave all the parking tracks and tracks inside the roundhouse in C-track. This will reduce the amount of transition tracks you will need, and also possibly look better.
