About this game:
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother.
Gameplay
The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

What did I miss?
BOIRFan Man The nerf came quickly. He was just about to duplicate an item, and then... it happened. I don't know how to describe the sorrow of what followed. We will miss him. RIP.

A strange hobble that be. A more interesting control of this powerful being, would have been to have an item held disappear at random, like 10-20% of the time.
Risk - lose something you like or are even relying on. Reward - the 50% chance of extra items, at every pedestal. Now that would've been the soul of Isaac in a nutshell.
How did he breakfast himself when he only got like half the transformations? Can you not D4 or D10 into Devil items or something? Because he never got Guppy or Leviathan.

@40 minutes: "We have a creep? I don't know what is causing it. Oh it must be tonsil." No that is the Bob transformation you got a few rerolls back. Tonsil grants a projectile blocking familiar after you have been hit like 8 times or so. Another 8 times and it grants a second one and disappears.

Lol eye of belial is piercing, but after it pierces it gives the tear x2 damage and homing. Eye of belial is one of the best devil deal items in the pool and it is definitely not underrated

as much as i love the fact you're willing to reroll past good runs for the sake of the zane, you really should have seen this one coming. personally i think you should have stuck with either the soymilk continuum or the tiny planet ipecac. they weren't horribly weak, but they were interesting. meanwhile what you ended up with was comparatively weak and uninteresting tears.

Isn´t it weird that in all your Rerolls there were no Dr./Epic Fetus Rerolls? It seems that Breakfasting occured much, much sooner than in previous Runs where you used the D100 troughout the whole Run.

I skip the reroll extravaganza episodes, for once just stick with something interesting like you had before the mom fight. Those types of runs are pretty uncommon, so why skip over an engaging synergy when you get it?

i love how he says he needs damage when hes literally re-rolled past like 90% of the good and damage boosting items, also he totally should have stuck with the rubber cement run, i love seeing shots split up like 5 times and bounce all over the place xD.
