I agree so much about what you said. Especially social media, it has taken over our lives 😓Rather than people enjoying the moment, they're too focused on whether it will look good on Insta or Snap instead... we stopped appreciating things. I wish I could be more spontaneous, but sometimes trying new stuff and being out of the box gave me anxiety, but I like the idea of me being more adventurous
I definitely can relate to that, and I know it’s really hard to do that. It is a good idea, and whenever you feel the slightest bit more comfortable, I’d totally recommend it. Once you push through you’ll never look back :)
