I don't know why I don't feel worthy for existing. A lot of it is that I don't work and I feel really guilty about it. But I've also felt this way since I was young. So it's nice to hear the opposite. I may have watched that part more then a few times..
Same here, I'm 41 and without a job and there are often times the guilt and self-hate hits me really hard. That's when positive affirmation videos such as this one are just what I need to pick myself back up and keep hoping for a better future and never give up trying.
