Scott Sensei, teaching recently on the HDKI Denmark Summer Camp, focussed on the kata Unsu. After spending time doing kihon and kumite, he gave instruction on the kata itself.
Very thorough study but as a karateka who is a bit disenfranchised with the overly academic approach to karate now, I can't help but from a practical martial arts perspective wonder how much stronger karateka would be if they spent all that time mastering the little moves and details of the kata that they will never use instead learning how to do an armbar or apply a few chokes or learn to stop takedowns.
Very good point... Of course, both are possible and I hope the videos I upload provide a balanced view of all the aspects of the training I do... but ultimately, you're correct, we can't be distracted by the minutiae of technique and forgot the most important thing is to be fit and strong 👍

I am desperately struggling while doing these moves 5:08-5:25 Always ended up hurting my right palm, arm and shoulder...
