@Pata Physics Sandra is objectively better. She's stayed champion the longest whereas Rika retired quickly. Facts are facts and they don't care about your feelings.

Leo muchos comentarios sobre el kata de Sandra.. Es que no se trata de quien lo hace mejor ni de compararla con Rika... Cada una tiene su estilo de hacer el kata y las dos lo hacen muy bien

What is that
this kata is from Shorin-ryu karate, but it is also taught in shotokan. Shorin-ryu is one of three styles that shotokan karate is based on
@@kduaraujo9630 this is Shotokan version of Unsu. Not remotely like any type of shorin Ryu
Shotokan at one time WAS shorin Ryu but it was modified beyond recognition for competition into what we see today. It no longer has budo qualities sadly. And yes I'm a yudansha in Shotokan (3rd dan) as well as Matsubayashi (3rd dan) and Shobayashi (1st dan) Shorin Ryu. So I have experience with the styles but I'm no expert.
@@kduaraujo9630 furthermore. This is the WKF they only allow Shotokan, goju, Shito Ryu and wado Ryu and I believe some ryueiru now. Shorin Ryu of any branch isnt performed in WKF yet and probably wont ever be.

Par exemple ta façon de commencer tes kata, revoir avec tes dirigents... Le reste de ton travail est extraorfinaire. Il ne faut pas me sous estimer... Je te suis de prêt toi et Rika... Car si j'ose dire, vous êtes des references des vieux Sensei qui ont posé la première pierre de ce que vous executez maintenant...

Bonjour Sandra. C'est tres bien. Selement ne contractez pas les levres , qui restent ecartees l'une de l'autre devant les dents serrees, cela cause des fuites energetiques du corps physique, mais c'est les dents qu'il faut bien serrer non pas la contraction des levres ecartees. Si on contracte les levres en les serrant l'une contre l'autre, cela serait mieux d'une maniere ou d'une autre. C'est vraiment genial a ton niveau superieur... Continuez vous etes d"ailleurs extraordinaire. Expert en la matiere...

I've done a few styles of martial arts including karate. You can be good at boxing or jiu jitsu if you're an endurance type but doing karate without the proper genetics of fast twitch fiber and you might as well not compete

Na verdade esse kata não é do Shotokan, esse kata é do Shorin-ryu, mas tb é ensinado no shotokan. Porém o desenvolvedor é o Shorin-ryu. Inclusive o shotokan se baseia nesse estilo que é um dos três mais antigos. Então dizer que ele é um kata do Karatê shotokan é errado. Não sei se esse narrador é lutador, mas ele se enganou.
