Questa serie di lezioni mi ha aiutato molto a migliorare i miei kata ma sarebbe perfetta se i istruttori portino il piccolo microfono attacato a karategi (come in altri video simili). Quindi sarebbe anche un'occasione a migliorare il mio italiano...
