Man this is my dream car. I was homeless in 2015 lived in my 1999 eclipse. This car has helped me get through my worst and best days. One day I hope to get one and restore it. You guys did amazing job. God bless

I lost my childhood I grew up in a genocide war from 92/96 lived in a forest and came to America in 98 and in 2015 became homeless my mom betrayed me and 2017 almost lost my life in an accident. But through all that I never gave up and kept pushing following my inner childhood dreams of one day becoming a content creator and car designer. I wish one day to use my story to inspire and motivate the youth and other. I still have a long way to go but closer than I was before. May god bless you and your family and ones around you. Wish we had more people like this in the world. Much love ❤️

I don't want to be the party pooper but the back spoiler is a bit more obnoxious big unlike the one in the movie (that even although is huge its still more closer to the rear). But other than that this would be my dream car tbh, such an iconic build.

This was absolutely crazy, and a lot of time well spent. So many tiny details you guys got right! However my mind could not ignore the incorrect front and rear bumper, no roof scoop, different hood, and way different wing. By no means was this a bad build, I think it’s cool you guys put your own spin on it and it makes it unique. Just during the Timelapse my mind was like “huh?” Still beyond amazing to watch. Awesome stuff!!!
Also they did not have the same motor as the movie. But I like all the time and fantastic craftsmanship they did on this eclipse.

Its mostly cause you cant find those body parts anymore unless you pay a shop somewhere a pretty penny to reproduce it can barely find properly functioning roof scoops anywhere that look correct either

This is such a great demonstration of the difference between just doing something and truly applying applying yourself, putting your talent and creative energy to use and geeking tf out on a thing. What an amazingly detailed, awesome tribute build. The best I've seen. Great work.

I’m not big car car but this brought back so much nostalgia! This and the Supra were always my favorite cars when I saw the movie the first time in high school! This car is going to turn heads everywhere it goes! Good job guys, it is literally movie quality.

I wish these guys would do this kind of work to my 1990 Civic Hatchback EF Si that I got from my best friend that died a few years ago.
I've never worked on cars before and despite his hatchback being in really good condition stock he's always wanted it to have a K20 engine
and some other custom work done to it. It's something he planned on doing one day but unfortunately took his own life back in 2017.
Instead of letting his parents sell his car to some random stranger I ended up buying it. Ever since it's sat in my garage covered while
my Audi S4 sits out in the rain/snow all year. It's that sentimental to me. These guys did an incredible job with this Eclipse. I'm 38 years
old right now and these Eclipses ruled the streets back when I was a teenager. Which makes sense considering the original Fast N Furious
movie came out when I was like 16 years old. These cars were EVERYWHERE back then.

100% Zero steps were skipped in the making of this monster. However, no car sounds at the end? Forget the music I was dying to hear the rpms, the nos spray, the exhaust... but I got nothing :( .... so sad lol

For real, all of the copies of this car never include the danger to manifold floor plate. Is it too hard to put a piece of diamond plate on the floor board? Lol
didn’t have high hopes in the beginning, but you really have to watch the video & its Entirety to really understand & appreciate what’s actually going on. These men are not just builders are craftsmen, they’re artists. Absolutely fantastic job.

@@chfire2004 Yeah most movie cars are throw-together builds. One or two "complete" hero cars (like this full resto build) for the close-up shots, then a bunch of cheap ass junkers with only exterior mods for distance shots.

I actually forgot the car was originally red/maroon with tan interior. For some reason I thought it started as a black car. Awesome build though. My favorite part was building of the engine. Was very neat and clean build. Also like how you guys integrated newer stuff from the evo engines to the platform. Didn’t know they had parts that could be interchangeable
Car is sick!! It's everything the Movie car wished it could have been! Movie Eclipse was sick too. But your build is on a whole new level! I'm certain Paul Walker would approve. And probably would have wanted to drive it if not own it!

Phenomenal job of a look-alike (not an exact replica, of course). Great craftsmanship. No NOS, but the same tanks served a great purpose, and the car is not a racing coffin now (lol!), and yes, it has a turbo, Dominic!

These were very much a part of the cruise scene in my era! Good times were made and there were some gems in the 90's. The GSX-AWD was one of them.
Let's not forget about the Plymouth Laser Turbo AWD , Eagle Talon TSi AWD in short a colab between Mitsubishi and Chrysler as Diamond-Star Motors ( DSM )

I always loved and will love eclipse. was a dream car and my dad finally bought a gst for me.we had to sell coz we moved overseas 13yrs ago. now i’m planning on getting either a gst or gsx for my son and wait till he gets his license. gotta pass the love for the eclipse❤

i used to have a plum purple gsx this brought back great memories . i bought my car as a shell except for the subframe and shifter this was my exact car lol. even the sound system all my stuff was old tech thou... great build....
