Ironic! I wore a pair of lizard boots with white jeans and an Hawaiian shirt Friday night to a steak house with my wife. I was feeling dressed up that night. 😂 while waiting for a table a young woman looked at me and said one word….’damn!’ … (in a good way) my wife busted up laughing. She told my wife that a lot of dudes wouldn’t even attempt that. I’m 63, my first pair of shoes were baby boots. I wear them daily.
Depends on how “hot” is hot. Here in Central CA working on the farm, in 110 degrees if you wear shorts and a short sleeve shirt in the sun all day you’re gonna have a bad tomorrow. Always wear a cowboy hat, or brimmed hat at least, light colored long sleeve shirt and jeans. 👍🏼

I would be wearing my boots 365 days because I prefer pants over shorts but I'm a sweater and I live in San Antonio so it's just not suitable for me during the summer (unless I'm going out at night, then it's boots and jeans). In a cool way putting on my jeans and boots reminds me of high school football game days when I would put all of my game day gear on.
I need a recommendation for a pair of boots for someone with flat wide feet. After my last pair of boots wore out I can't find a comfortable pair. Bought some ariats but they kill my feet.
