I’m curious to know what made you pivot from recruiting. I’m currently pivoting from recruitment and it’s not for the weak. Being constantly demanded by hiring managers and the constant go go go can be a lot. (I work for a large org). Thank you for sharing these tips in general!! :)
Honestly (also large orgs) I loved recruiting and helping people but the constant revolving positions and arguments about compensation tired me out. The biggest push out was the career growth, it felt like a role would never change and there was very little opportunity to continue to learn!!
Great tidbits shared!! Very valuable to keep in the pocket!! 😊
Great info! Thanks for sharing!
Amazing tips from THEE friend I’m always coming to for professional advice 🙌🏽💪🏽
Thank you for this valuable information. 🙏🏾
Of course!!! Let me know if you have any questions or would like me to talk about anything specific.
Thank you notes can go a longgggg way! As a corporate recruiter the lack of thank you notes is terrifying!
@@mamamott idk why people are still not writing them!
I literally hated working in film because of the long hours. Then I moved to hospitality, which also has golden cuffs. I'm so happy to be out of both.
They really should talk about golden handcuffs in college! So excited to see your videos this week!!
