Bruh, the scene where the guy gets shot with arrows, and then the archer gets shot with a sniper rifle is legendary.
It really gets across how seriously people take this climbing the tower thing. The fact that at a singe word from the floor director, the whole place just becomes a bloodbath... nobody down here is fucking around and it's only floor 2.

CEROSER “human” although I guess we don’t really know. That cave has got to be the most mysterious thing in this entire story.
Just to clear some things up
•Non-regular is supposed to be irregular
•The "sword" is actually a needle
•And no he didn't accidentally enter it wasn't explained right but since he's an Irregular he opend the tower by HIMSELF
This'll be explained later into the series, so whatever they didn't know would be answered, and you're kinda spoiling it by saying some of it

Tsuika Well that’s exactly the case lol. He actually didn’t know anything but Rachel. Anime cut it out but all he remembers is being raised by Rachel under the tower. Kinda explains why he didn’t want her to leave him. She was all he knew

He never saw grass before. Makes sense.
In the webtoon it showed Bam building the rubble for a long time and when he reached the light it was closed off by some boulder and in the end he couldn't get out so he started crying. Poor Bam, being so miserable and being given hope only for it to be crushed and getting hit by the painful realization of being trapped there with no way out.
Its simple, if you like the enormous world, endless different characters, a LOT of mystery of One Piece you will like this too. People basically call this the One Piece of korea

Bam is called Yoru coz Bam is night in Korean & Yoru is night in Japanese. Also Rachel is called La-hel coz it's apparently closer to the original spelling in the bible or early Christianity
i thought she was called Rahel because thats how koreans manage to pronounce Rachel
Rachel is originally a Hebrew name from the first testament and is not pronounced La-hel.
Pretty sure this is just the Japanese pronunciation.
'Ra-hel' but in japanese the "r" sounds like a "l"
I don't know if it's an error on the translators parts but black March is not a sword it's a special weapon called needle

Pretty sure they’re changing it on purpose to make it more appealing. The drawing where it looked more blade like looked way better than the needle version in the WEBTOON

It took me a while to get used to the art style, but its so good and unique. I kinda hope they keep the same style, but maybe progress as it goes on.
ToG is my favorite webtoon, and probably 2nd favorite thing read right behind One Piece.

Ignore and avoid any comments about Rachel. The manhwa readers can’t keep their mouths shut and they are constantly spoiling a huge part of her character in every comment section. Just do yourself a favour and avoid these comments.

Retifox well, in this show pretty much every character has a deeper level to them or they develop into a character with a deeper level. That’s why this manhwa is so popular and loved. There are very few shallow characters. That’s why I feel like it’s not really a spoiler to say that she is deeper than we have seen of her so far, however a lot of comments are spoiling where that depth in her character comes from. Which is incredibly annoying, since I got spoiled about this exact thing myself, reading the comments of the manhwa chapters.

True. The anime is good but the it's a lot better if you read it in webtoon, they missed a lot of interesting scenes and humor etcetc

Man this series is crazy. You are going to love it. The lore that this series has is beautifully crafted. Luckily I would say the webtoon has about 10 seasons worth of content so there definitely shouldn't be any fillers.

@@thelegacyofgaming2928 i would hope so not only it's a 2020 anime but also it's the first episode AND still some one piece episodes have better animation lol However i get the sentiment but i don't hate on piece animation i watched it multiple times before even knowing there was a debate about it, people make a big deal about it for no big reason, the anime is about the ost, the narration, the scenery, the voice-acting too not only about the animation in itself
@@feels1984 I get that, but some animation styles are just too weird to get used to to actually watch. Some animation styles have ruined anime, personally. ToG has weird animation, but its grown on me and i love it now. It fits for what the story is, and the webtoon style. Hopefully it slowly changed and gets better as time goes on like ToG art style, that would be cool.
This is my fav weekly series out right now. Hopefully the anime does this amazing story justice and hope yall enjoy it 🙌🏼
Anime only here (thinking of picking up The webtoon when I have time) and I gotta say I really enjoyed this as a first episode (although I understand a few things got cut) and can’t wait for the rest seeing as how people hype it up that much

I mean, aside for the fact that they already fixed it, "non-regular" is not really a "wrong" translation as much as a poor choice of term when the English word "Irregular" exists in the first place.
Same goes with "navigator" and "guide". They are just two equivalent ways to adapt a Korean term.

So I've never read the manwha/manga before but for the next episode my guess is that the boy (bam) is being saved because the number is going down to 200 before the other guys would whoop his ass?

this webtoons already have 472 Chapter with 3 seasons, so yeah this gonna be a long story anime but this first episode took like 6 chapter already and some of the scene is cutted (not really important scene) so yeahh! Hope you will enjoy this anime because this story is DOPE AF !!! maybe its a little bit confussing at the begining but in the next episode it will get an explanation this anime is about weak MC growing into OP MC :D
