Why is air-conditioning leaking water? A normal air-conditioner will have water condensate in the indoor fancoil and discharge through a draining pipe to the nearest drain. Water will start to leak when the drainage piping is clogged / choked. When should you top up your aircon gas? When gas leakages found or poor installation during maintenance. For example, we don't need to top up gas in a refrigerator for over the years. But it's advisable to top up gas every 5 years. Faster grab one box for yourself! ;)
