I got that notification that you had a video posted and I had to just hop on the computer! My goal is to stay within' my grocery budget per week and NOT eat out. :)
I haven’t been cash stuffing/budgeting in over a year….. had to start all the way over due to a move. I took the first step with stuffing 2 envelopes out of my 100 envelope challenge…. It felt so good. I plan on budgeting this coming week for my next check. You were one of the OGs i watched when I was heavy into cash stuffing thank you for always being a light ✨💖 It’s grad month so a couple graduations to go to , including my 18 year old twin sisters 👯♀️
I really have nothing planned this month other than working. My birthday is also May 31st , I will be turning 21 years old which im excited for. 🥰I also live and am from Louisiana
Getting back into budgeting is starting out real slow 😂😂😂😂. With getting paid weekly, rent was paid with today’s check…so I was only able to stuff 3 out of 6 cash envelopes and none of my sinking funds 🤦🏾♀️. I’m giving myself grace tho cause I have 4 more paychecks in this month to get right. This is also the kit I used for my May setup.
Hi J Hru? I am a longtme subscriber. I enjoy watching your videos. What you are talking about is tactile and kinestetic. you like to touch and feel the stickers.🥰🧡👋
Great video as always. This is a crazy month my little one have her big dance recital also we have to go into her school to start meeting teachers fellow students and the principal she’ll be starting pre-K in the ball. Can’t believe it’s already time for her starting big girl school.
Ok so I’m only a month into my budgeting journey and my question is… do you give yourself a per month amount for groceries/gas, etc. or per week? And where do you draw the line? Like for may… I get paid the last working day of the month so does this month count as five weeks or four and just deal with not getting paid till the end of the week?
I’m low income on social security I’m disabled .. I have been saving slowly for my emergency fund and I’m up to $900 in my high yield acct I’m a pen and paper girl I couldn’t afford a planner so I made me a 3 ring binder and I write everything down..
@donnamcclenton, the whole point of budgeting is to save. I am a low income cash stuffer as well, and I have started over several times. But no matter whether you're writing it down in a 3 ring binder or a planner, keep doing 😉 the work. I am a 3 ring binder girl myself. I'm about to step out and see if I like the Happy Planner. If I do not, my 3 ring binder from the dollar tree won't be very far.
It’s a magic month for me so super excited. Planning to make some extra payments on debt. They’re not fun to make but the sooner they’re gone, the sooner I can free my budget from them. Looking at the bright side! 🫶🏽
