My first Harley was a '57 pan chopper, don't never let go of that one because you will regret it. Really liked the story of how you got it. I'm sure it has some great history.
Built my 1959 panhead with my dad I his garage(‘75-‘76). He bought and restored a 1948 Panhead in winter of 1977. Totaled my pan April 3rd 1977. Got my ‘66 shovel in December of 1978. Full dresser-$1600.00
Got my first pan about 6 months ago. Still work in progress but coming along. 62flh. Preciate your video. Will check into prism a little more. Rock on man!
Worked in British bike breakers when I was 18 here in UK and remember finding about 20 boxed sparto tail lights from the factory brand new all the glass lenses were separately wrapped, we call them the limp dick, what a beautiful light to put on a chopped mud guard.
Hey Jake. I dig your video. It's Kelly from Lucia again. I've communicated on getting my 1951 EL Panhead up and going. I need some motivation. It's not as much fun doing it alone. I would like to visit your shop and see if you might be interested in helping an old biker out and getting my Pan going again. I did pop the magneto out and put points and condenser in. I was totally surprised when it did fire off for a couple seconds. It will run but I need to tune it. Just think, you almost ended up with my Panhead. I was almost forced to sell it and we talked at the store in Lucia. You said that you was wanting to do a Pan and I had one in my house. I'm really glad that you got One and It wasn't mine. I'm in Huntersville and hope to see you and friends again. Let me know if you want me to send pictures or bring it by one day. Thanks and ride safe.
Absolutely gorgeous bike. Everything about it just shows it’s history and tells its story. I’d love to see a “my garage” episode of Jakes motorcycles

Great video. Love the bike and the story behind it.
When you’re mate Frodo calls you and tells you Spud has a pan head you gotta go get it 😂 great bike jake!
Bikes like this are irreplaceable. So much character and is part of the family. I’d love something like this one day. Awesome bike
I've got a 1959 FL . Took 2 years to rebuild. I love the bike. Great video.
What a beauty. Thanks for sharing her!
Killer bike. I can’t decide if I like the first version of your build or the aged version. They both look great. She looks like a blast to ride.
These old Panheads are getting scarce now. Back in the day all you needed to keep them going was a 12" crescent wrench and a 2 lb hammer.
Such a great story and what a beautiful Pan! Oh, and I love Prism Supply! Keep your knees in the breeze!
great bike, great personality (both the person and the bike), great straight forward episode, great job!

Ride it my friend in good health!
Cool flashback. I rode a 51 Pan-chopper in the early 70's until some jackass's stole it. Then I rode a 49 Pn untill 1980. Great video.
Awesome bike. Saw you at Mama Tried. I was like that’s the dude from Prism Supply.

My Pan is 6:43 that “awful blue” color. The Motor Company calls it Hi Fi Blue.
Not !
Balls! 👍
Not all Harley's leak. They just don't ever stop running. That's how you find a good mechanic. "Why isn't your bike leaking?" "Oh, I know a guy."
Cool over due for overhaul though sounds like ahaybaler
If I had one I sure wouldnt put valve seals in it, the smokier the better 😂
A fish smoker.
