I don’t know about anyone but a minute into listening to this, my tears started flowing, cried like a baby... and now feel so at peace ! Feels like all the negativity just flew out of my body soul and life 💗🤍♥️
As i hold 2 of my crystals that help with the heart i become over filled with sadness from many lifetimes where i have experienced great pain from heart break such as loosing a loved one. While singing along i can feel it being released thank you for this song i didn't know i had soo much pain within my heart.

Sharing humbly the wisdom I receive from these words: I(the human) am constantly looking outwards in search of peace. It is my mind that is restless and wanders here and there in search of shanti/peace. For the vibration of rest..stillness. And so, I sit in meditatively bringing my mind’s focus inwards and pray: Divine and Holy Spirit, The One and All That Is…I ask for the rest and peace vibration within my being through the contemplation and chanting of Thy Holy and Blessed NAAM (vibration/frequency).In doing so, my mind is soothed and brought to True Rest (Peace).
