An un-rushed mystery tour on a motorcycle can be very therapeutic! Great that your wife is accommodating of your hobbies....mine too.....up to a point! ; ) Cheers.
My go to bike solo sing along Nic is by Eddie and the Hot Rods. “Do anything You wanna do”…Gonna break out this city, leave the people here behind,Searching for adventure, it’s the type of life to find” …..Safe riding Richard ( Bristol 500 CBX)
Well Nick not too far to go now. I live in AU and am planning to do the Longest Shortcut in the world approximately 10,000 klms from Perth to Cairns through the centre. I hope I can record my trip as well as you did yours, cheers
Hi Nick. Seeing you ride the concrete slab section reminded me of my trip across the USA in 2008. Some of their slab roads go on for miles and miles so get very tedious. Still enjoying the relaxed tour so keep up the good work.
You just got to love SatNavs, they do like to keep you guessing. I will make sure I have a rough plan for this years tour because like you, I did do a bit of "aimless riding" last year. But not too strict I cannot change plans if required. You have a very understanding wife, that is certain.
Many thanks. Dare I admit a car roadtrip with the wife before the next bike trip! Bike wise... probably Ireland and the Wild Atlantic Way, I wonder if I'll be as lucky with the weather! Nick
Thanks for the question, I used to be a software developer but swapped to the dark side as a programme / project manager in the consulting arm of a global software organisation. Nick
"No hurry, but when are you coming home? The dog needs a walk". That'd be the message I got, anyway. 😂
You obviously know my wife! 😀
Nick
That Springsteen song always makes me smile as well 😁
It wouldn't if you heard me trying to sing it as I rode along 😱

😀 Yes, luckily I haven't exceeded that point yet!

This was a relaxing segment. I enjoyed the slow pace of the back roads and the “looking around”. Looking forward to seeing the next video. Cheers, Jim
Thanks Jim, just plodding along on a motorcycle... simple pleasures!

I can just hear it now... good choice! 😃

The ferry had an advert for a tomato sauce. Reypci. I'll look out for it in shops here in England.
P.S I guessed the Springsteen song😎
😁 Good luck with the hunt for the tomato sauce!

Good idea to have a plan but be flexible as you desire. And yep... she's a keeper!

@@dalcassian9098 Absolutely, I'd better write it down somewhere as I missed a couple of regular subscribers in Stavanger 😳

What did you do as a job before this?
