The cinematography is awesome Thomas. In the last 14 months I too have struggled. A truck ran over me whilst on my bike and then the old cancer was diagnosed. In recovery now and about to embark next week on my own long motorcycle adventure of 3 months. The nightmares from the truck incident are very vivid. I know the trip will give me back the freedom feeling and settle me down. Hope it does for you too Thomas. Your videos certainly install the wander lust in me. My favourite thing. 👏👏👏👏
Thank you Paul. But damn I'm sorry to hear this, what a fight that must have been 🥹 Sounds like you are getting out there to rediscover something important for you. Easy to take life for granted sometimes. Where are you trip gonna be? down south? Nothing beats the open road, the uncertainty of what's next and just enjoy the moments. It resonate a lot with who I am and what I want to do going forward. Really glad to hear my work inspire your wanderlust 🙌🏻 Goodspeed mate, hope you have a great adventure ☕️
@@tshansen Thomas. All good mate.recovering ahead of the curve so far. Off south . No idea of itinerary. Make up on the way. Going to spend. Christmas with my son in Melbourne then South Australia and Tasmania. Time in our meagre mountains as well. All who wander are not lost. Cheers
Really enjoyed this video and all your efforts putting it together. Well done and thank you. Regarding sleep...... alcohol and sleep do NOT mix. You will sleep much better if you take Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc and Potassium. Majority of men are well lacking these essentials. We men need to talk more about our issues, especially amongst the brotherhood. A story shared is a problem halved. What a beautiful country, very much like NZ in many ways, Thank for sharing from New Zealand.
Thank you mate. Appreciate the nice words and the tips. Yes, I know alcohol and sleep does not mix well, but it takes away some trauma and demons. I have seen a specialist for quite some time now, and starting to get better. But it was much worse than I ever wanted to admit for myself. There is some trauma and issues I need to handle so I can continue forward. But we are getting there. And I think you are right, we need to share more of this, be open about it without making it about self pity. It is ok to have trouble and life is not easy sometimes. Cheers
" ... Sometimes, it's not just about the destination .. ". So true. The destination gives purpose to the journey, but the journey, gives value to reaching the destination. A stunning film. Should be used by the Norwegian/Swedish tourist boards. I want to visit!
Exactly... that is a good saying... 👏🏻 Really glad you enjoyed this video sir. I'm not sure if the tourist board would use it, but I thank you for the compliment.
Striking imagery and a wonderful story telling. I live in the uk and I keep thinking about a road trip to Norway. I also suffer with my mental health at times, and riding my bike helps me balance that aspect of my life. Thank you for sharing your journey Thomas… here’s wishing you peace and safe riding.
Thank you so much mate. Appreciate the warm thoughts and good wishes. I'm slowly getting better but it has been a struggle at times. Motorcycle is without a doubt something I find peace in doing as well. Ride safe sir.
Wow, it was great when the whole series was put together 👍🏻 so neat and entertaining. thank you Thomas. ps/ hope you get over the nightmares. Mvh / Wikström
Thank you so much Wikstrom 🤩 Yeah, I'm getting much better but It has taken some time. Some times you can't run away from the hard stuff, you need to face it and handle it. Hope to see you again soon. Cheers ☕️
I'm Danish with a Norwegian wife. Went on a roadtrip, in car, from Kristianssand to Namsos along the westcoast. Having heard about allemannsretten, I thought camping along the route would be easy. Lesson learned 🙂 I'm lucky that I have many years of exploring Norway ahead of me, because access to nature is not as straightforward as one might expect. Thank you for documenting your trips and inspiring to getting it done.
Well, you can within the law camp almost where you want, but if you start looking for places that is easy access. you want some views or just some silence from the roads etc. It can be more of a struggle. Glad you enjoyed it sir. Cheers
You've really upped the game with this video. Always enjoyed your videos but this was awesome. That scenery is unbelievable. Keep them coming. Brilliant 👍
Well thank you Derek 🙌🏻 that Is something I truly appreciate to hear. Not easy to see it yourself that you continue to learn and develop better videos. So thank you for this comment and really glad you enjoyed it 🙏🏻 Appreciate the support 🤩
Thank you mate. Well, I just love to work with the camera and edit it all into stories after. So nice to hear that people appreciate my take on this whole adventure thing. Cheers 🔥
Mate been watching a while I understand your pain I had a rough time during Covid with my ptsd but my bike is my go to for stress relief and solitude great content and keep up Teheran channel it all helps us in the end and remember talk about stuff don’t bottle it up
Ahh! sorry to hear that mate. Yeah, I have been seeing a specialist the last months, try to figure this all out, and it looks like it is more complex than I first would admit. My bike is also my stress relief but this time I can't ride away from it anymore. I need to walk trough it. Agree, talk with good friends or anyone actually before it bottles up. Stay safe mate. 🙏🏻
@ always happy to talk if needed bud I’ve been through it and know what it’s like don’t ever be afraid to reach out You’ve done the hardest bit by seeking help if I’d waited any longer I don’t think I’d be here so good on you buddy
@@rockjock1965 That is rough mate... And thank you, really appreciate the offer. Might pick you up on that 🙏🏻 when I'm ready. still a little bit strange to open up about all this.
A very nice video that invites you to dream and will inspire every motorcycle hiker to travel through this beautiful landscape by motorcycle😉!!! That's why I give this TH-cam video 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...👍 Always accident-free with your Yamaha Tenere 🍀🌞✌️
Wow! The adventure, the angles of the shots, the edits....everything is so amazingly put together. What a pleasure to watch. I just want to get on my bike and ride. Thank you for sharing your trips. Cheers from South Africa.
Glad you like this kind of adventures. My trangia is with me on all my trips, but I get the point 😂 There will be a new one coming this winter where I'm going up to Lofoten 🔥
Listening to you on the TAM podcast yesterday reminded me it was time to check in on what you've been up to recently and oh my this is wonderful work. It's great to see the evolution from your earlier videos, too. Keep it up buddy, looking forward to many more.
Thank you mate, always appreciate a good talk with Clive and Noel. Amaze me how good they manage to edit that talk compared to how much stuff we talked about that did not have value 😂 Yeah it has been a learning curve for sure... but always nice to hear that there has been improvements to the productions. And I think it is important to show where I started and where I come from. Cheers mate. Hope you are doing good!
Absolutely stunning, Thomas! Merging all episodes into a single video created an extraordinary viewing experience; the beauty of Norway is indeed awe-inspiring! I trust your sleep has improved and that you're either fully recuperated or well on your way. Life can be challenging, and we may need to push harder to progress, but remember, for every closed door, a new window opens. Remain resilient and take care, my friend. A big hug and my best wishes to you! 👍👍
Thank you Nelio 🙏🏻 Yeah, I get the impression that most people enjoy it in long format, so I might do more of that and focus even more on story in some upcoming videos. It is like you say, gives a much better viewing experience, and you don't have to wait for the obvious questions. Life is surely challenging sometimes, and it can really kick you in the face, but I'm on my path to recovery, not sure how long it will take, or how far I need to go, but I will get there eventually. Haha, that is a saying my grandfather always used to say. Thank you for this, and appreciate your support. I really hope to meet you one day and give you a warm genuine hug 👏🏻 All the best mate.
I we spend more time together than you think mate. 😂 Think I have seen the baltic adventure two times already 🙌🏻 Can't wait for a new season and new trips. I really wish there was a way to travel even more 🙏🏻 Thank you for the comment and keep up the great work mate.Love your style and videos. Cheers 🥃
I enjoyed your film very much! I live in Alaska. I moved here in 2001, coming from Germany. After 20 years of not riding a motorbike, I am now back in the saddle of a DR650 - and I love it! I wished we had more roads to explore up here. Maybe I need to come visit Norway and Sweden… 😊
Thank you so much, glad you liked it 🙏🏻 Alaska? I have always think that it was remote and full of roads in the wilderness over there? You should really consider Norway and Sweden. Once in a lifetime experience 🙌🏻
@@tshansen Not many roads, but many miles. And only a couple of roads that are considered "remote" (certainly remote by European standards), like the Dalton Highway, for example. Many places in Alaska can only be reached by plane/bush plane. Maybe I should, eventually, make Norway or Sweden my "rest of my lifetime" experience... 🙂 I'm thinking about it, but would want to explore first.
Hej Thomas, A huge thank you for making your vidz, they are both inspirational as well as soothing during our long winters. Firstly about unsettled sleep, it's clinically proven that alcohol and heavy meals close to bedtime (especially heavy with meat), is hugely detrimental to sleep, maybe something to think about...... I have been away from Danmark for 25 years, came back from 15 years in Australia 2 years ago and cannot wait to explore our beautiful scandinavia. Being only 164cm, it's challenging to find an adventure bike so currently riding a new Bonneville 900 but am very inspired to ride and camp with my northern neighbours ❤ from spring 2025. My wifeś family is from Lakselv/Honningsvåg, so I have absolutely no excuse for not exploring Norway by MC and flyrod. God jul og godt Nytår, hoping you have a fantastic time with lots of love, good food and something nice for the Yamaha. Ha det Carsten
Hello Carsten. Yes this is something I have thought a lot about and tried both to stay completely away from, and regulate. It has little or no impact on my nightmares. Yes my sleep, without a doubt, but the insanity of my nightmares still continued. This is more related to trauma and stuff I have gone through my adult life. I can understand the struggle to get a ADV bike with that hight. It seams like it only fits higher people. But many adventures can be ridden on smaller street bikes as well. It does not have to ba an adventure bike. Happy New Year and merry Christmas to you as well 🙌🏻 2025 will be a great year. Cheers ☕️
@@tshansen So sorry to hear Thomas, I hope you can resolve your nightmares somehow. Also thank you for commenting on bike choice, maybe the Himalayan, GS800 or the GS450 in the future could be a good bet for a 29" inseam (I am not new to dirt bikes). All the best, 2025 will indeed be awesome, am already planning to take the ferry to Oslo, ride to Bergen and then to Stavanger before heading south to the ferry (as soon as it gets warm enough).
Excellent video Thomas..great filming and drone footage 👌. Really shows what is so special about being on a trip on your bike...a great way to find some inner peace. Great stuff!! Cheers Steve 💚
Thank you so much mate... It really makes such a huge difference for me. I just really wish I could travel more in the future. So much of this world I would love to experience for myself. Not only Europe. Maybe one day I can do this full time 🙏🏻 Hope you are great mate. Cheers
I've made an effort this weekend to catch up with the last 2-3 videos you've posted here, Thomas. As always, you're setting the bar for high quality, well shot and well edited films. I particularly appreciate your attention to detail and continuity (e.g. when you were washing a mug in the lakeshore, then turned and walked up the beach - and the next shot from the drone was of you walking up the beach). It's those small but important details that always give your work a touch a class.
Thank you so much Simon. Always nice to hear some people notice this small but important details. I really try hard to be consistent with the motion and way of moving in and out of my frames when doing stuff in the videos. It takes a bit more practice and time, but it just feel so much more natural to watch. Thank you for the support. Appreciate it. 🙌🏻
Thank you sir. Yeah, I think long format is the way to go when telling stories like this. It makes so much more sense when it comes down to building up a story. So I might put more focus on it in the years to come. And the numbers are way higher on long format than episode. More people seams to enjoy it.
Hi Thomas! Thank you so much for this film❤! In short…. This film makes me feel ‘homesick’ longing for Norway adventures. You hit the the sweet spot between storytelling and great shots, taking us with you. Thank you man 🙏🔥
Such great and nice words mate. Thank you so much, I really do appreciate it. Nothing beats the feeling of making other people longing for adventure or inspired to go on their own adventures. Back at the cabin doing some new projects now. Winter is closing in fast and we had the first snow the other day. Much more to come, and I can't wait to catch up with your new content as well 🙏🏻
Awesome video again Thomas, even my wife enjoys watching them. Riding is also my release from the stresses of life and your videos provide great inspiration. Beautiful filming and content, you should be paid by Norwegian tourist information 😂. Keep up the inspirational work and take care.
That is probably the biggest compliments I ever get. To get the thumbs up from the missis, maybe a better excuse for your to go ride more 😂 Riding is and have been my release from stress for so many years now. There is nothing like it as I have come across. Really glad I can be a source of inspiration, that motivates me a lot. Glad you enjoyed this. And thank you so much for the nice comment 🙏🏻

@@tshansen i will take that with in my Dream plane like Hardangervidde , promise when my Wish for a bike trip to Norway come true i give you a warning, so you can run away to Sweden and hide with the ADV boys 😉
Hey Thomas, I'm shipping my bike from Australia to Europe next year, arriving late April. You talk about 'the start of the season' I was wondering when that is. I have a rough plan to ride up through Sweden, into Finland, over to Nordkapp and then down the west coast of Norway. I'm keen to experience the midnight sun as well. Time isn't an issue for me. Your videos have certainly inspired me. Bill.
Hello Bill 👏🏻 That is a good question mate, the start of the season depends on where in the country you are. but in the southern parts of Norway "winter" is gone (snow and ice) in late April/ early may. Further north it can be even later. Going up trough Sweden should be much the same. but the main roads might be without snow and ice earlier. It all depends on when you see yourself at the globe at Nortcape? Thank you for the kind words, and really glad you enjoyed this video. Cheers
Thank you Dwayne 🙏🏻 We could switch... always dreamt of Canada. Not only on Motorcycle, but to experience the amazing nature and endless forest over there. 🙌🏻 Cheers ☕️
Thanks for your work! I miss this so much in the bustle of the city... I dream of buying my own bike and traveling to beautiful places... Do your thing, and come what may! Greetings from Russia! And yes, I like Mr. Daniels too
Glad you liked it mate. I think most of us is a little bit of travelers or adventures when it comes to seeking out new places, get out of the life everyone has set for us.
Hahaha, loved tha blooperas in the end Tjommi! Hahaha, they where to good not to include 😂 What a weekend this was tjommi. I really can't wait to do great stuff with you all again. It is quite the family we have put together. See you soon Mattias. We need to go axe shopping in Sweden 😂
Thank you Stian. Yeah, this trips are most viewed in long format. So I had to make a long video of these trip as well.... just started editing on the Lofoten trip as well, same with a new cabin video, so it will be a busy winter. Hope this winter fly away fast, and we get a great start of the new season early. Cheers
Having a base camp for a couple of days, is for sure undervalued! I enjoy it very much. And when you are on a long trip, you for sure should do it at least once during the trip. Hopefully several times. Rest days are also undervalued IMO. The struggle getting to point B all the time, can actually ruin the trip sometimes!
Absolutely. I will spend much more time on the road with just a basecamp and do day trips around it going forward. If I travel for more than 4 days I try to have a rest day, That Is truly undervalued. It makes such a big difference to the mood and planing of the trips going forward..

Takk for støtten.
Hahaha you will not believe how many messages I got in my inbox last night after they posted that 😂 Clive or Noel sent me a message, they wanted to send me "something" can't wait 😂
Your films are always amazing! I love this slow pace and how you enjoy every moment. I’ve been to Norway this year on motorcycle trip and this only opened a need for more. Amazing country for motorcycling. What month you filmed it? Is march already a good months to start Norwegian season?
Thank you so much mate, appreciate the nice comment. This trip was filmed in beginning and middle of May. And March is way too early to start a motorcycle adventure in Norway. Most mountain roads are covered in ice and snow still, and there might be some towns down south or along the west coast that has rideable temps. But I would wait until late April, beginning may.
Every morning at 4:30 am when I ride to work on my 901 and it’s raining and the temperatures are around 2 to 5°C, I think about going on a trip to Norway (and your videos) and I enjoy even the ride to work in such miserable weather. 😁
Damn, that is some serious riding. I really don't like riding when the temp drops below 5 degrees 😆 to cold in the face. Even with heated jacket, the face is. what is worse for me. Glad you enjoyed this mate. Cheers
Hahaha, you are not the only one saying that. I have had extreme luck with the weather in my latest vacations and trips. Yes I do get some rain, but it is normally just a day or two. I would love to film more in the rain to be honest, but it is so much hassle with the camera gear and much of it does not like water all that much. 🙈
You sure are fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of the planet, and to be able to travel alone as well as meet up with groups of friends like this! And as always, your videos are truly like a Master Class in videography.....especially for those of us trying to improve our skills! Are you still using the FE4/24-105 G OSS lens for this video, that you were using last year in your "My Motorcycle Camera Gear 2024 - Request Video?" video? I think I have finally decided on a camera (Sony ZV-E1) and whatever lens you're using sure seems to do everything very well for you!!
Thank you sir, really appreciate the nice comment, always nice to hear I can help inspire others 🙏🏻 Yes I'm still using the FE4/24-105 G OSS lens, inn all my videos. It is the best allrounder Sony got in my opinion and it is lighter and smaller than most. Highly recommended 🙌🏻
Thank you for your videos - showing the beauty of Norway - brilliant story telling and videography. One question - how do you mount your DJI remote to the handlebars? You are welcome in Northern Ireland anytime!
Hello Stephen, thank you so much for the nice words, and yes! Northern Ireland has been on my list for a long time. I want to do that and UK in the same trip. I mount the controller with the Peak Design mobile mount. I even have a own video about it here: th-cam.com/video/8EVMVAwS4m4/w-d-xo.html
Hahaha, I forgot I had those clips, and I had such a laugh when reliving your struggle in the amok that night 😂 Epic 🙌🏻 More of this next season Tjommi 🤩
Great scenery, great video ,still happy though to live in S.Spain….ventilated pants and jacket still but when camping winter sleeping bag is getting necessary 😊
I would really love to live in Spain more in the future. I'm not a fan of the Winter anymore 😆 Would be awesome to spend winters down south and summers up north. Win win. And yes, freezing at night is no fun at all. Comfort all the way 👏🏻
Really dig your videos they're so chill. The videography is awesome. My only complaint is I would have brought Kentucky bourbon versus Tennessee whiskey but that's just me.
Hahahaha... that made me laugh more than I should. Kentucky bourbon is not bad. Can you recommend anyone in particular? I might give you a cheers in a upcoming production 👏🏻🥃
It is a huge difference in condensation, there is almost none in the hammock. You can get some condensation inside the sleeping mat of obvious reasons, but nothing that will be a problem, you only need to make sure to dry out the sleeping pad when you get home.
Always nice to see your videos, thnx Ps for second week june Norway , 1 month also visit Northcape, good layers merino wool ok, or better to have heated clothing?
Thank you mate, appreciate the nice comment. If you know how to layer up, I would say that you are fine with merino wool. The convenience of heated gear is underrated, but I would never say you need it for summer riding alone.
Hi Thomas, firstly thankyou for an amazing video, its benefits and your transparency. Really enjoyed it. It fires up my already strong desire to 'just do it'. Could I ask what is the T700 WR like 'comfort wise' for 3-5 hours in the saddle? I sold my GS1250GSA as quite honestly its size frightened me. 61 now so thinking get something smaller and easier to move around. Great respect to you Thomas....keep fighting 🙏
Hello sir. Really glad you enjoyed the video, always appreciate feedback and comments like that. Well, coming from a GSA you will probably find it less comfortable. I do think the GSA is the most comfortable bike out there. But for me, the T7 is really god and I like the comfort on it. The saddle can be a little bit hard, for some, but I like it like that. I think the best thing is to really try it for yourself. Get a demo ride or something to see how it will handle your kind of riding. Thank you for the nice words. Appreciate it 🙏🏻
Great video work as always. Thanks for the adventure. What are the blue cam buckle straps on your tail duffle in the first few seconds of the video? I would use those for mine!
Thank you sir, glad you enjoyed it. The blue buckle is a Biltema Strop as we call it over here. Bought at the local hardware shop. Most shops have them over here. Often used to strop down wood or material on the rood of cars etc. Not sure what the name is in English
Ohhh... that is one of my favorite things to do. When you know the trip is settled, then to deep dive into the maps to find hidden gems, plan out things you want to see and just make the preparations. Sounds like you will have a great adventure. 👏🏻
Thank you sir, glad you enjoyed this 🤩 Well, it is much more complex than that. Different trauma (work) combined with stress, commitment, two jobs etc is piling up and finally came to a stop. Now I'm slowly recovering with more tools than ever to continue forward. 🙏🏻
Hi Thomas , Ivo here from The Netherlands. Love your movies thanks for that. I have a question what kind of mount you use for the DJI controller on your steering. I am looking for a mount for my next trip to Sweden and Norway with my riding buddies... Thanks in advance!👍
Hello Yvo (cool name) Glad you enjoy my videos. I use the Peak Design mobile mount to attach my controller. I have a separate video just for that to show better how I connect it : th-cam.com/video/8EVMVAwS4m4/w-d-xo.html
Nice video as always Thomas! During which month was this trip made, and beginning or end of that month? As you know I have been to Norway soooo many times the last six years and I normally make my first trip for the season in May. Last time, in May 2024, I realized that May in Norway has quite big limitations because directly when you come up just a few hundred meters above sea level there is nothing green on the trees and often a lot of snow left, and that makes my feeling of spring dissappear. Your video, without knowing when it's recorded, made me reconsider and see the beauty in riding even if the nature isn't green yet - as long as it's at least no snow left. By the way we still November 13th have around 8-9 °C here in Göteborg with dry roads with no salt, and I'm riding to work and back 50 km every day 😊 Not for fun but it's quite convenient when riding through traffic and queues. By the way, I have no problems with nightmares, but I have also heard before that being too warm when you sleep can be negative for the nightmares 🙏
This trip started 3.May and lasted until 19.May It is crazy how Norway goes from spring to winter in just a couple of 100 meters in elevation in May. It is around 10 degrees and have been the last weeks here as well, but next week the forecast says snow. and much colder, so I guess winter is here for good now. And that is ok, I'm done riding bike this year. Looking forward to get my new bike and start a new season with warmer weather anyway. Now it is just wet, cold and dark 😂
@ Yes, I have seen that Bergen is quite mild also but when I checked some places I have saved in my wether app I saw it's well below zero and also some snow there. The inner parts of southern Norway often seem to be quite cold and has quite a lot of snow, probably because many of them is located far above sea level.
@ Yeah, it's crazy to go from very green and quite warm in the valleys or by the fjords and then, especially when coming up several hundred meters or maybe almost 1000 meters, it can be a LOT of snow, cold and the nature is not even close to wake up for spring yet 😬
@ I think I must have missed that you will ride another bike the coming season, or if you have made a video about it I might have forgotten - what bike is it?
Great video, beautiful scenery. I suffer from continual nightmares also but I've no idea why. Wind Turbines kill 100,000 birds each year in the U K. There's never any mention on Nature TV programmes about these deaths. It seems no one is allowed to say anything negative about Wind Energy but the reality is it contributes very little to our overall consumption.
Well, you should not take that lightly (like I did) it might be something worth investigating or figure out where and what causing them. For me it was underlaying trauma and stress. It is insane how we can continue to scam the world with this inventions? You know how much fossil fuel we need to burn to produce one? let alone maintain it trough it's lifespan. every negative comment about the "green" change is banned and it is same with the hysterical woke crap that goes on. I'm amazed to see how many people fall for this every single day.
Battling demons aye. You know bro. Ephesian 6:10-18 you might want to read it. Seriously, you can't fight demons without the right armour and weapons. Take care. Love your content.
I do not believe in God in the way most christians do, I believe more in the old nordic ways and being in sync with nature etc. But the Bible has some strong words that fits the bill for many. And can be looked at for navigating trough difficult times. Thank you for the verse, I will read it. Take care and appreciate you liking the content 🙌🏻

God sykkel det her 👏🏻
Uk and Ireland is on my list and I can't wait to visit. But I need more than just a couple of week to get it all. I want to spend at least a month, maybe more over there. 🤩
If I may ask - I am wondering how you manage all the footage. Do you cut your videos or sight what’s on your cards at night or do you have an abundance of sd cards with you and do all the sighting and cutting once the trip is over?
I don't do any work on the road, just film and I get home with different memory cards and make everything when I got all the footage in front of me in the studio and can sort everything and deep dive into it.
@@tshansen ah ok thank you. Looks very good! I hope you manage to overcome your nightmares, if you want to talk sometime, I’m good at listening and thinking outside the box. Take care.
thanks for your videos, i like them very much, calm and nice sceneries. May I ask you what outfit you are wearing ? still looking for pants and jacket without bling bling 🙏
The root of Nightmares lies usually in our behavior towards certain feelings. The body can catalyze certain feelings of course. One practical Tip to try: if the things happening to you in your nightmares happened to you when you are awake, how do you have to do what to face and go through this situation to die feeling a happy, content, strong, upright and caring man? Aply the answer to this question
This, right here, hit on a different level mate! There is no doubt that this is correct in so many ways. And when you have forced to hide away feelings for many years. It is just a matter of time until the body boils over and you need to address things that does not make sense in the beginning, but when you start dealing with it, it always comes back to some things. 🙏🏻
@@tshansencheers mate. I really wish everybody to be endlessly happy. I was going through lot of things myself and I am considering myself to be one of the luckiest persons ever to have the most wonderful teachers for my life
Inner demons are only powers and stengths we try to block out and therefore they appear as working against us. But they are happening in our own minds, nowhere else, and therefore they are a power of us. When the power of anger is not held back anymore to avoid causing harm because else it would be directed against someone, but instead is used to maintain or restore our dignity and the freedom of our and others shame, then at this point this power, which used to be destructive becomes available to us, and we are free
I’m no doctor Thomas, but, to me it sounds like you are suffering from anxiety. It manifests in many ways and is a hard thing to diagnose yourself. Please find a way to talk to a professional, there is no shame in asking for help. I suffered for 4 years, without knowing what was happening to me. Thought I was losing my mind. Anyway, finding the right person is the first step. Love your work brother ❤
I don't think you need to be a doctor mate. Now, after seeing a specialist there is a lot of clear indications that I have some problem with anxiety disorders of some kind. The problem Is that I have no idea what is triggering it, and I feel just fine. So it is really strange to accept that it is something like this. Hard to describe. But like you say 😆 I feel like I'm loosing my mind. Cheers mate ☕️
Great full length vid Thomas. Very much enjoyed. May have to take in the beauty of spring in Norway a few more times during the long ass winter ahead. The old mine is reminiscent of the area around me. The coal mines have been closing for a couple decades now. Times gone bye. A few museums to entertain the tourists. How it was in my early life. Over fifty years of work in and around the mines I've seen a lot of changes. The rally get together was very good. Somewhere Robert had a boner put in him during the AJP demo ride. He was totally impregnated. Out popped one from the crate. This will be interesting when the snow melts. Mattias can give him pointers of waiting the winter out with a new motorcycle to ride. A tip on the rest deal, limit the caffeine and sugar intake several hours before bedtime. It really helped me. I used to wake up more tired than when I went to bed. Wired up. Hopefully I can get over there in the next two years and take some of the Nordic beauty in. Cheers my Nordic Adventure friends. Next time. All good from east Kentucky USA.
It looks and feel like people want more of the long form content, they want to see more or the whole story, and I kinda understand that with my way of making video. splitting it up takes away some of the ending we are waiting for. So I need to refigure this going forward. Thankfully, this year I have 2 or 3 long videos ready to start edit trough the winter. Makes it so much easier. I don't mind a good winter, but that sleet crap we have over here, with one day rain the other some snow is just not fun at all. Mines and old history like this, that shaped the future we are living in now impress me a lot. I'm not sure if it is an age thing or the explorer to find answers in me. But I have picked up on the habit of reading more, learning more from the past to better understand where we are coming from and why we are like we are today. Also get an idea where exactly we did wrong 🙈 The Adventure gang you will see much more of going forward. Hahaha, me, Rob and Mattias are planing much more in the years to come. I have tried to cut down on everything, dieting, exercise more etc. But this looks to be more complex than I first liked to admit. Been seeing a specialist and there is some trauma there I need to figure out and take care of. We talk again soon my friend. Thank you for the ongoing support and the great comments. Always look forward to them 🙌🏻☕️ If you ever make It over here. Make sure to send me a message. 🔥
keep rockin' n rollin'...
Cheers
We cant imagine and feel what you have gone through mate. Hope you find strength and I wish you start your journey again....take care mate...💐💐
Coffee talk returns!
A good coffee, a great bike, and a stunning road = a good life.
Thank you sir. This is what makes my soul fly 🙌🏻
Norway is so beautiful. Great riding and roads! Video making is top notch.

Wow, it was great when the whole series was put together 👍🏻 so neat and entertaining. thank you Thomas.

Lesson learned 🙂
I'm lucky that I have many years of exploring Norway ahead of me, because access to nature is not as straightforward as one might expect.
Thank you for documenting your trips and inspiring to getting it done.
Well, you can within the law camp almost where you want, but if you start looking for places that is easy access. you want some views or just some silence from the roads etc. It can be more of a struggle. Glad you enjoyed it sir. Cheers
Really appreciate the effort you put into this video of your ride. Well made. Thanks for sharing your adventure and personal journey as well.
You have done it once again .. Excellent filming/footage in a breathtaking and epic country.🇩🇰🙏 Thanks som much for taking me along

Hej Thomas,
A huge thank you for making your vidz, they are both inspirational as well as soothing during our long winters.
Ha det
Carsten
Cheers
Hi Thomas! Thank you for sharing your amazing adventures and congratulations for the quality of your filming and editing. Cheers!
Hello Vitor 🙏🏻 And thank you so much for the ongoing support and that you liked the long version as well. Hope you are doing well. All the best 🙏🏻

I have to ask, are you alone?? Do you go back for your camera each time! No reply necessary 😊
Thank you sir, glad you enjoyed it 👏🏻 haha yes, I’m alone and do all the work myself 🤩🔥 part of the fun for me
I've made an effort this weekend to catch up with the last 2-3 videos you've posted here, Thomas.
@@tshansen 👍

Thank you so much sir, really appreciate the nice comment and really glad you enjoyed this. Much more of this to come. 👏🏻
Another masterpiece. Like the longer format. Watching from Vancouver Island.
Cheers
Amazing as always, from east coast Canada here. I dream of heading to Norway for an adventure.
Thank you Dwayne 🙏🏻 We could switch... always dreamt of Canada. Not only on Motorcycle, but to experience the amazing nature and endless forest over there. 🙌🏻 Cheers ☕️

Those crocks just crying out for some Tamp podcast accessories 😉😂😂awesome video Thomas as always 🙌🏼🙌🏼😎

Cheers
Great scenery just what I needed 🍺👌🇬🇧
Thank you so much Sir. Glad you enjoyed it 🤩
Much Enjoyment 👍😎
Thank you 🙏🏻 Glad you liked it
Stunning Video ❤ I wish I have a proper adventure bike and time 😅 well done mate 🤝
Really appreciate that mate, thank you for taking the time to watch my video 🙏🏻
Every time watching your videos I'm curious how you are lucky with weather! My motorcycles trip to Sweden/Norway are always accompanied with rains😂
Oh how I miss summer already! Master at work... and I will invoice you for those bloopers 😂😂
Comfort all the way 👏🏻
Would have swore that the Mattias Tell song was Springsteen. Nice
It is just something with that song that hits a nerve with me. And made the whole beginning of this trip. Cheers 🙏🏻
@@tshansen quite honestly I find Jim Beam to be very tasty and smooth. Stay away from Evan Williams LOL
@@veloroadpig1 I have tried my share of Jim Beam, and Buffalo Trace. What about Bulleit? any good?
Very nicely done! I would like to ask if there is any difference between the tent and hammock as far as the condensation goes?
It is a huge difference in condensation, there is almost none in the hammock. You can get some condensation inside the sleeping mat of obvious reasons, but nothing that will be a problem, you only need to make sure to dry out the sleeping pad when you get home.
Always nice to see your videos, thnx
Ps for second week june Norway , 1 month also visit Northcape, good layers merino wool ok, or better to have heated clothing?
Thank you mate, appreciate the nice comment. If you know how to layer up, I would say that you are fine with merino wool. The convenience of heated gear is underrated, but I would never say you need it for summer riding alone.
Nice vid! ...and inspiring. Some interesting reflections. Thanks! :-)
Thank you Jeremy 🙏🏻 Glad you liked it ☕️
Hi Thomas, firstly thankyou for an amazing video, its benefits and your transparency.
Appreciate it 🙏🏻
awesome video mate
Thank you sir. 🙏🏻 I see that most tend to like long format better than episodes.
Not sure what the name is in English
next season.... +16k-trip thru Norway and Fennoscandia... cannot wait... already busy planning, studying maps...
Ohhh... that is one of my favorite things to do. When you know the trip is settled, then to deep dive into the maps to find hidden gems, plan out things you want to see and just make the preparations. Sounds like you will have a great adventure. 👏🏻
Thoroughly enjoyed that👍.
I'm thinking a little bit of stress combined with too much caffeine is giving you the nightmares mate.
Thank you sir, glad you enjoyed this 🤩 Well, it is much more complex than that. Different trauma (work) combined with stress, commitment, two jobs etc is piling up and finally came to a stop. Now I'm slowly recovering with more tools than ever to continue forward. 🙏🏻
@@tshansen Good to hear. It sounds like you took too much on. Forward and upward from here mate👍😊

Hi, nice vids! And good last podcast with the Brits. Just hoping next time you sence a difference between Balkan and Baltic countries.. living next to the Baltic see it might be important. thought to remind you about that.

God sykkel det her 👏🏻
Come to England in the Spring. Warmer than Norway and you’ll have plenty of bikers to show you the best places.
Uk and Ireland is on my list and I can't wait to visit. But I need more than just a couple of week to get it all. I want to spend at least a month, maybe more over there. 🤩
Hy , can you share a link of the djo remote holder? Thank you !

Take care.

@ neither did I , you will figure this out mate🤙🏼🤙🏼
