Living that life certainly isn’t slow. They have to be constantly moving and working hard to sustain that type of lifestyle. There’s no rest when you have to hunt for your food and build your own shelter and search for water daily. No laying around and binging Netflix for her.
I think she understands that, but I believe she was just expressing how she would love the serenity and peacefulness. Many people wouldn't mind this type of work as opposed to working your life away in a dead end job. It is obvious that this isn't easy and it is also obvious there would be no "Netflix binge" but some people are okay with that.
