Hello, how do you go on about a air floor vent in living room, all gas appliances fire etc removed, can it be covered up. Thanks.

Before you even start, check if the floor is actually level, otherwise squeaky laminate with popped joints and hollow spots.

I paid a 'joiner' to fit my lovely laminate floor and I'd bought him little triangles I had no idea what for he finished the floor and it looked OK some bits looked like they were popping up, he explained it was very difficult for him fitting right up to my skirting boards 🙈 I now know he shouldn't have done that, my floor is ruined so please listen to professionals or get professionals to fit it! X
