This is my main game for a couple of years and it's so cool that you actually made a video about it, why it didn't show up 2 days ago I don't know, but better late than never.
I've played DFO on and off for years now, it's so true that the game tells you very little about the systems of the game. I did noticed they put tutorial quests in when lvl 110 update dropped to explain systems, but those only show up at higher levels and my guild mates and I still take time to explain things ourselves to newer players
Most of the ENG community plays on the official client and not steam because of some of the bugs you mentioned. As for where the players are in game, most are at the end game dungeon, raid, or fashion/market channels. With the next few updates being end game focused leading upto the Bakal raid release, most people are focusing on getting their characters high enough item level for it. Smaller player base and all. Leveling is about 10% of the content now a days, with the event usually taking about 5-6 hours to hit 100, if you wanted to see the raids, they function like FF14 alliance raids and the gearing/farming in lvl 110 cap is similar to PoE.
I always thought this game was promising and had a really interesting gameplay style. Sadly you can definitely feel the systems and UI are a bit dated The class variety is definitely a huge plus though
Alot of the team up mechanics are super end game. Lots of raids and party buggers are pretty sought after. Ui is is a bit outdated but honestly management is pretty easy!
I always wondered, if DFO could do a huge graphical update. Utilizing the 2D/3D HD backgrounds, but with the similar 2D/3D HD sprites from DnF Duel fighting game. I think it would look pretty cool and play similar to DFO as a beat-em.
@@TheMixedPlateFrequency I think they're kinda doin' that with a new 3D DFO project I heard about. I haven't heard much about in I don't know how long.
The reason you don’t see many players is because they’re all in the end game channels and areas, even without the lvling event players still lvl rather fast taking only a few weeks to reach lvl cap even at longest so it’s hard to justify staying at a specific area when you’re only there for a few to several lvls And as other people mentioned steam chart is highly inaccurate when most of the playerbase uses the official client
I really enjoyed DFO. I sometimes still go back to it once in a while to play. I did like the PVP Arena a lot, but sadly don't see too many people on now a days that pvp. That and i think like many said before, majority of people are already just at the end game areas now and most new players level up fast, so you dont get to see too many people around at the earlier level areas. I felt like DFO was pretty fun during early 2008 to 2012. I honestly would have been playing that game more hardcore, if the game never shut down completely by Nexon. I did like when Neople brought the game back, and they did a wonderful job. But when I had to start all over, i felt pretty discouraged a bit about starting all over. But what Neople did with the game was really good. Kind of wish Neople were the ones who ran DFO first for the west, instead of Nexon. Just when DFO came back though, i was too busy to sort of grind out and lvl again, but game is still pretty fun. But if I ever gather enough friends to play DFO, i probably will play again. Out of all MMORPG's though, DFO has the best and most fun PvP system, and the more technical you get with it, the more fun.
This game was FANTASTIC early in its life cause all of the characters had really unique play styles and since enemies didn’t just melt from one auto attack you would learn how to play your character while leveling which helped when coming to the Raid Boss content. But as they moved towards quick progression so that newer players could catch up to the main content they solved a problem while creating a new one. New players would be able to level up and then be able to play current content but then the newer players had less experience piloting their characters so raid content was harder to do with randoms. Still a great game but only if you’re in the long term player group.
The problem is that you can level to 100/110 really quickly, but you _can't_ do the newest content because there is such an insane gear requirement for everything. I play the game on-and-off, and holy shit, I no-lifed the game for 2 months last year and wasn't even _close_ to being able to do the newest endgame content. I could barely get into the oldest lvl100 cap content. As a new player, to get a single character to be endgame ready, you need to be playing (_daily_) for at least 4-6 months.
I quit some time after the beast stuff, basically when the buy 10 packages get bis title came out, and (with few exceptions like ek) I have almost no idea what you are talking about with learning to play your character. Don't you just press buttons as they come off cooldown? I honestly thought the combat was so good yet so underutilized. Early game like you said when leveling everything dies way too quickly, then at end game nothing is juggle/combo-able and you just press buttons as they come off cooldown. I guess pvp was where the combat system still shone (mostly; not a big fan of xxx z repeat combos on literally everyone), but there's the different problem of painfully low resolution.
@@Wolfgang_von_Caelid Yeah and the irony was that by the time you got the gear to do the at the time latest raids... already new gear requirements for even newer raids dropped. I jumped off that rat race after Luke.
I've hopped back and forth between this game and Maplestory for YEARS when I needed to take a break from more competitive games. The variety of characters is what makes the game great in my opinion. There's some really unique playstyles and a character for everyone.
Coppersan i need your help please !! I already collected day 1,2,3 of the iginition warm-up event and i didnt know it will expire before the ignition event. What can i do to transfer it somehow to the new character on hyper burn ?
There are some flaws with what you said with the game, so here you go. Fatigue System leveled you up that fast because you used the levelup event, that is true. However, at the same time it didn't still didn't felt too slow (atleast in my opinion), and that system isn't that to prevent you from playing the game. Rather, it's there to encourage you to play multiple classes. So it's a plus for players who want multiple classes and can even tell them when they should stop, but could be negative for people who wants only 1. DFO is very alt heavy game As for the Steam, thanks to how the Steam is handled, most players actually play the official client version. Granted I wouldn't say it's too popular in the US like you stated, but it's certainly alot more than Steam players. You only didn't saw much cause most players was in the endgame, probably cause it feels faster to reach the max level than Maplestory even with no levelup event. So don't let Steam reviews prevent you, infact back when Steam first came out when it was good, it even had like near 90% positive reviews back than if that says anything. That excessive Ban only applies to the Steam users too. Lol XD
Man, I grew up with this game from the start of its NA launch to its slow and overtime death from Nexon to the now current day version. It's sad to see how few people play it now, but to answer Coppersans question of "where are the players" they are there, they are just all in the new early game now. Literally 100+ is the bulk of your experience now which is why you are rushed to the top level so fast. When you hit high level play you wwill run into all of the playerbase; early game is just a tutorial to prep you for the REAL "early game" at 100+ now. But I agree, it shows its age heavily now and feels like an old school and old timey MMO. The stamina system especially, in 2022. Also, that Overkill game looks really promising but at the same time worries me since it's 3D models that it wont do as well as the OG since the OG has beautiful 2D sprites.
i start playing from leveling event your can power leveling to 110 in 3-4 day and all the player is there for the raid and i like this game community for newbie like me. many veteran player welcome to help newbie
I know you posted this months ago, but MAN, Nexon DFO was something else. Don't get me wrong, it's a great game now and all, and it's probably just my nostalgia speaking, but I miss those days. Man, I had to hire people to help me run level 20 dungeons. And even before that... Leveling took forever. Runs were super difficult at times. I ran Tower of Light with GSD and simply abandoned at the end over and over just because he was a free run. Awakening materials were a pain in the ass to get. And holy shit, the RYAN COKES!!!
few things: 1) You probably didn't see anyone due to how quick leveling is nowadays and how everyone is in the endgame channels/areas 2) The game isn't massive in global but steamcharts are shit for telling how many people are currently in game. Most people use the client version as the steam version has many issues that still haven't been fixed. And yeah, the feature creep in this game is a bit much. I'm hoping the other versions the dungeon fighter learn from this one and start fresh.
this game got popular because of it's retro taste of the Super Nintendo style side scroller, and a stylish Anime character design, the remakes got nothing of these, such a waste
Player here that has been playing both DFO and Maple on and off for the past 3 years ~ I actually love both games for similar reasons: Artstyle, Combat Feel and Community! I feel Dungeon Fighter does a lot better in terms of group content (Raids, Advance Dungeons) but is quite overwhelming for new players. MapleStory definetly does a lot better in picking people up and the progression is super clear. Neople is doing a lot of events for newbies but I always felt the most this game would benefit from, where clear guides and a lot more handholding to pick people up along their way. There are a few great content creators for Dungeon Fighter but sadly not as many as for Maple, so seeing my favorite Maple content creator do a video on the game made me super happy :) Hope you had fun and all I can say is: Try your shot at the endgame for a while, maybe you find another game for yourself beside Maple to play when one of them is burning out on you ~ Cheers!
Love this game sooooo much!!! Community is so nice kinda quiet, helpfull tho! The story tho badly translated is actually pretty amazing, and combat is ALWAYS fun. This game does a great job at making you feel like a bad ass
there's 2 launcher for this game steam and their official launcher if you made it before on the official launcher you can't make it again on steam because its a different account.
Hi coppersan!! love you maple content. however this is a game i love and been in from the dark DARK ages. about the game being dead. nope! you was doing lvling even so its kinda like you was in your own worlds. once you come out you'd see ALLOT of players. and as pointed out. MOST players are at the raids and other endgame content :D There's also fashionfighter or Dressupfighteronline. where allot of us dress up and or cosplay characters from different anime. I do Admit tho, they leave you to figure out ALLOT on you own. but theres allot of nice players who will help you learn, lest that was my experience. so please everyone dont be afraid to try this game out :D
DFO player here, yeah, i've been playing for years so i'm used to the UI and systems, but for a new player i agree that it can be overwealming, as for where the players are, well, they are in end game zones, but if you look at the world chat and the auction house you can still see that the population is decent, i wouldn't say it's dead, but it's definetely a game that shows it's age, but dispite all that it's still doing decently well for itself, since it fills a niche. As for project overkill, i'm not sure how i feel about it, the biggest charm of DFO is the sprite based artwork, which is fantastic and not something you see everyday, turning it into 3D will definetely make it lose it's charm. And as for Project BBQ being turned into a souls like game...that's going to be interesting to say the least LOL. One of the things i like the most about DFO is that i can actualy reach end game content within a resonable amount of time and lvling up is easy. On top of that prety much all end-game content can be soloed, even raids have a solo mode, which is awsome. Also the soundtrack is fantastic. The fatigue system isn't really much of an issue at max level honestly. I used to play both maple story and DFO as my main MMOs, but i quite Maple Story and still play DFO, in the end i just felt like DFO was the better game, and....was run by a better company, or atleast the team working on the global server for DFO actualy cares.
The art and gameplay are incredible but with how fashion is the endgame and thats completely gated behind real money, I think I'll hold out for a different game in the DFO universe.
I can only say that where other mmos have always bored me in the end, DFO got me coming back even after years. But I feel I only like it because its almost like a solo game, kinda like PoE is online but also mostly a solo game like dont get me wrong the group content(raids and special dgs) is there, but everything outside of raids can be solod with the knowhow and power
Ah my suggestion! Might give it a go with the levelling event at just to mess around at some point. I like the art a lot. The phone version sounds cool but I’m afraid they will nuke any coolness of the game like they did with maple m and just turn it into slot machine
I've been playing just about every day since re-release. I have always enjoyed the game for it's combat and graphics. Hell, I was even playing during the Nexon days since CBT. Sadly, even with the new content releases the player base is kind of on the lacking side unless youre at the end game content. Everyone is at capped and it is just an endless grind to raise your gears Option levels. I don't see alot of players like I used to and some of my guild mates have been logging on less lately..sad.
@@chipskylark5500 it's under a week to get to max level, but that literally means nothing. To get properly geared in order to run endgame raids, you are looking at easily 3+ months of daily grinding in order to get gear, and that's for _one character_ in a game that wants you to have many alts. It's a fun game to hop into now and then during good events, but only the hardcore, longtime players get anything out of the newest content because the gear requirements are so restrictive and insanely time-consuming for newcomers.
I quit this game like a year or 2 after full release (being there since closed beta) because I was tired of the never ending release of endgame content with next to no time between them at all. Like legit, they released one endgame place and released the next one a month later, when you haven't even gotten everything you need from the previous one, which you DID need to finish grinding out to be able to do the next endgame. And they just kept going and going and going, releasing endgame after endgame and each needed you to have the DPS granted to you from the previous one's items. And not to mention the RNG was one of the worst I have seen when it came to drops (you could straight up get so many drops for other classes before you could get one that was meant for yours, even Maplestory isn't this bad today lmao). Couple this with the time-gating that came with ONLY DAILY QUESTS FROM THOSE DUNGEONS/RAIDS granting the items you need to make specific parts of the PLUS the fatigue system (which is worse than the Old DFO's blitz point system btw), you came to the realization (if you were not daft) - the game is grade A garbage. By the time you even reached the first pre-pre-pre-pre-endgame content, you would already be behind even more because they would just keep piling it on and on and on. Oh and Otherverse and Requiem dungeons can still suck it. What kind of endgame bars you from progressing in it unless you have a specific damage type? Legit, the best set dungeons of OV and Requiem needed you to have both physical and magical damage dealers in your team... the issue was that nobody wanted to party except with their guildmates... So if you were not part a guild, you were basically hard-stuck. And this leads to my next point... This type of aggressive rat racing also spawned very awful people in the community. I knew more awful people than I knew good ones because the good ones also got tired and quit the game. The elitism was awful. I was part of a supposed-to-be lax guild that straight up had a spy from an elitist guild who sort of poisoned the waters of the guild he was spying on, slowly but surely corrupting and recruiting our best to join the elitist guilds of the time (Kinetic and Signal were two of them iirc). And I knew he was spying because he was part of our guild AND that elitist guild, and he would exclusively hang out and talk with the most toxic and elitist tryhards of our guild (I still remember you [Ghost]). That's right, Forte, I knew what you were doing, this is a callout in case you see this. Our GM was never around (not that he would do anything about the toxicity that came after he went on hiatus since he was good friends with all the old toxic guildmates) and his work was being done by the officers, of which 2 of them were the toxic elitists ([Ghost] being one of them) who would straight up tell to your face that you are worth less as a guildmate than them because you did less DPS (this was years ago, I grew out of games like that and, in hindsight, they are such fucking losers and I should have called them that), despite him being the officer of a guild that did not care about endgame as much and did it as a hobby and not a chore, at the time helping new players reach and do it (which changed progressively to people making statics and pretending like they were busy with something else when a newbie asked for help). Everyone was such an elitist everywhere in the game, and Neople catered to that elite because they gave the most money to them, not caring that new people simply COULD NOT catch up and, ironically, not seeing a reason to spend money on the game. Makes me wonder if Nexon NA was truly to blame for the original Global DFO dying and shutting down as we were led to believe by Neople and the veterans of the old game... Also the game was pay to win. You might claim that the rare (purple) transparent cosmetics were not a huge advantage, but that would be an absolute lie because they increased your stats by a large % and not flat value AND they would increase the levels of your skills beyond the cap you reached levelling up, and you could choose which ones would get leveled up with the cosmetics. Not to mention the fatigue. If you wanted to get to pre-pre-pre-pre-pre-endgame fast to minimize your setback, get ready to spend money on fatigue pots, otherwise you will NEVER reach the latest endgame. Have fun! And don't get me started on the bullshit Golden Candle system. Oh you wanted to transfer items you could not equip to characters that COULD equip them? Wow that's crazy, please fork over the dough for the candles that you need a higher and higher amount of depending on the rarity of the item. Nobody called them out on this and I was shocked. Like everyone remembers how bad it was under Nexon NA, but they just collectively forgot? Whack. And people were VEEERY quick to mention that you could get Golden Candles from easy in game events. Correct, you could! ONE WHOLE FUCKING CANDLE PER EVENT. And how often did these kinds of events occur? Once a month.... How many Golden Candles did you need to transfer JUST ONE piece of endgame equipment? About 7+ (depended on if it was Hell mode Epics, Requiem or Otherverse items at the time) ... Do the math and you will realize that the suggestion to rely on events is a big joke. Free to Play was a myth. You had to pay if you wanted to win. And if you didn't wanna win, then there was literally nothing else to do in the game. Like I said... it was a rat race. The only good thing that was left at the time when I played (when Luke raid was the latest raid at the time) was the class diversity, which was impressive and great... if not for the fact that SEVERAL classes and their respective subclasses underperformed in every way in even basic leveling content. And some of the best DPS subclasses were excessively difficult to use (like Monk, Shadow Dancer, Skirmisher and Rogue) because they always had some very important mechanic to them that you could mess up or forget easily. But overall yeah it was cool, though now looking at their class list today (15th of March, 2023) ... the diversity of classes and subclasses is actually very small because Agent is literally the latest class still... as it was when I quit lmao. I quit right before Agent dropped. I take it back, they are so slow holy shit. The story was nice I guess, didn't like the Metastasis setting as much because it was almost unrelated to the original plot, but they did rectify that by swapping post-Metastasis Arad (at the time that was the setting) with the Mirror Arad one (which was the original story from old DFO). But yeah, the game had a lot of potential, however, they killed it years ago. Oh and the Steam version having bugs that could also get you banned in game? Still a thing from years ago btw. It still hasn't been fixed. Thought you people oughta know.
Games alright to come back to after you been gone for a year just wait for the level up events that give free epic sets, no point in farming for epic gears that will later be obsolete when the next raid and epic generations come out lmao.
i love this game, i play since 2012 or so, but the fatigue system is sadly too boring, took around 14 days to level 100 playing every day but the complexity of all classes are simply amazing
pls everyone, to the question of: where is everyone? know that MOST PLAYERS only START LOOKING FOR PARTIES at lvl 110 for ADVANCED DUNGEONS. And no one is gonna party with you to level up for level up events, sorry.
Yeah so everybody generally is in the higher-level channels. With the amount of events they do so new players can continue to play the new content that they add in. And since the release of 110 it gave the game a new lease on life. Since the lower levels of dfo generally 85-100 you had to grind for full sets of gear in-order to get set bonus which were very powerful and made the set but they got rid of set bonus's and gave the the epics a reason to be used to level up epics you like instead so even if you got something that had no use to you, you could use it to make the item you have better. Its still pretty grindy but now all epics have a use except as fodder for farming hell mode. The new system is fun and you can make your own builds but some times are a must like the bleed bracelet and the 2 tone ring. Its been nice power leveling to the new content with grinding being less annoying now the epics drop more fucking often and hell mode is gone.
They need to stop the Fatigue system most of the player base is now 18+ and limiting my playtime to around 2 hours or less is really annoying im tryna get stuff and level all my dudes I think that’s the one reason I always end up dropping and picking it back up again would have so many more players if the fatigue system wasn’t there At all
I loved old DFO when it was trying to be a beat em' up and every dungeon could pose a challenge when done alone. I hate the model for mmos today in which they've got over a decade of old content that you just blast through with no difficulty because only the end game matters, and modern DFO is particularly egregious on this. Unironically, the busted version hosted by nexon in permanent maintenance mode before it got shut down was more fun than the current game. That is *sad*.
I played DFO many times even back when it was under Nexon. But despite all my playtime there, I could never bring myself to reach max level for any classes cause I also felt it was abit more on the pay to win side and the progression felt slow as in repeat the same dungeon way too many time kind of slow cause of a different FP replacement system they used which wasn't ok. Which was why that died, but the current one didn't. Compare to that, I have so many at max level in the current version, and the combat now feels more epic too so that's progress atleast. That being said, I do miss the times when it was easy for me to make new friends cause of the amount of people I see even in the lower level though, and also it didn't felt like you were rushing your way to max level back than either just like a normal beat em' up. But oh well, lol XD As for the challenge, even 3 months ago, they said higher difficult will come out for lower level dungeons, so I'm glad to see that's finally in the game now. Lol XD
The most fun class in DFO would be monk for me,bit a of a pain to level before getting a specific talisman but after that the gameplay is just so dynamic, like dodging around and smashing things the way these types of streets of rage-like games are designed for.
In DFO's case, because it already took so long to get on steam, and the steam integration is so... not spectacular. I think it's safe to say the concurrent players on Steam are a fraction of the people actually playing it. In fact. I don't know anyone that actually launches the game with Steam, personally, at the very least.
As a newbie mapler and veteran DFO player, I can say that there are definitely a lot of similarities between the two. the pvp scene in DFO global is almost non existent, however every active in korea. the "legion" system in DFO isn't as crucial as it is in maplestory for character progression. DFO think really appeals to "kids" that used to play alot of side scroller games, or fighting games like King of the fighters and such. nevertheless, both games are great, dfo is less grindy!
wait... Modern DFO is _less_ grindy than maple?! I play DFO on-and-off, and have never been able to gear a character to the point that I can run the newest content. Even during the spectre event, where I got a full epic set, I still couldn't get into Sirocco, because I didn't have good enough titles/pet/aura etc. The grind in DFO is unbelievable and borderline insulting, which is why I only play like 2-3 times a year because the combat and graphics are IMO the best out of all MMOs. I can't imagine maple could be worse, maybe it's because you're a veteran DFO player and don't know how stupid the grind is for newcomers.
@@Wolfgang_von_Caelid If you log in right now you'll be able to get everything in the current events, level to max, get almost the best gear, title, avatars, pet, clone avatars, emblems, etc, you'll just need to farm some money and run the dungeons to level your options and you'll be in the end game dungeons in about a week.
Honestly the fatigue system is only really an issue while you're leveling. I truly wish this game was more popular, the beatemup gameplay is SO fun and all the classes are sooooo insane.
Loved playing dungeon fighters when it first came out… when nexon removed it from the servers I was kind of sad Ngl. The only reason I haven’t played it again is because I moved on. Maplestory is hard to resist sometimes out of nostalgia but, annoying when it’s time Consuming for leveling & using real money for gear or time for reboot.
when i tried this game for the first time, i aways was without (stamina) to keep playing, so i decide to quit xD really good game, but i dont like games who have stamina like elsword etc...
The Stamina rly doesnt mean much in dfo after the leveling phase which with the leveling event u can get to lvl 100 in 5-6 hours and they do these kings of events alot. The good stuff is in the daily/weekly dungeons that cost very little stamina and have lockouts, the raids cost 0 stamina,. You will be playing 4-6 character because there is a legion ish type system, it is a alt focused game and has dungeons you bring in 4 of your own characters into to run it. So doing all those things on your alts and main already each enough time, that its actually a chore to try and burn all of your stamina. In the current expansion u do grind dungeons for some of the gearing, similar to PoE mapping and burn alot of ya stamina doing it, but u are doing it on 4-6 characters so that also eats alot of time on top of the other content. So feeling gated by stamina hasnt been a thing in dfo since 2016. You can literally play all day
Bro. I lived in China and the west. Game like this and on steam? Will never attract players from the west lmao. Let’s just say it’s too greedy, gambly and you need to pay.

Pretty crazy how we have to use other MMOs and games to explain how things work in another because of how crazy they all are lol
I always thought this game was promising and had a really interesting gameplay style.
Sadly you can definitely feel the systems and UI are a bit dated

@@Wolfgang_von_Caelid Couldn't be me. I miss plenty of the old DFO aspects from ~2011.
MapleStory looking kinda different 👀👀
DFO is very alt heavy game
As for the Steam, thanks to how the Steam is handled, most players actually play the official client version. Lol XD
It's still kind of popular with the fighting game crowds that like to cross over with RPGs, but yeah it's seen better days though.
Also, that Overkill game looks really promising but at the same time worries me since it's 3D models that it wont do as well as the OG since the OG has beautiful 2D sprites.
i start playing from leveling event your can power leveling to 110 in 3-4 day and all the player is there for the raid and i like this game community for newbie like me. many veteran player welcome to help newbie
you use potions to refill stamina
I know you posted this months ago, but MAN, Nexon DFO was something else. Don't get me wrong, it's a great game now and all, and it's probably just my nostalgia speaking, but I miss those days. Man, I had to hire people to help me run level 20 dungeons. And even before that... Leveling took forever. Runs were super difficult at times. I ran Tower of Light with GSD and simply abandoned at the end over and over just because he was a free run. Awakening materials were a pain in the ass to get. And holy shit, the RYAN COKES!!!
few things: 1) You probably didn't see anyone due to how quick leveling is nowadays and how everyone is in the endgame channels/areas
2) The game isn't massive in global but steamcharts are shit for telling how many people are currently in game. Most people use the client version as the steam version has many issues that still haven't been fixed.
And yeah, the feature creep in this game is a bit much. I'm hoping the other versions the dungeon fighter learn from this one and start fresh.
What's the theme that plays around 5:40?
I'll be back soon. Just gotta get more settled with work and shit. The game is time consuming af so this 1 year + break has been good for me.
this game got popular because of it's retro taste of the Super Nintendo style side scroller, and a stylish Anime character design, the remakes got nothing of these, such a waste
Saying maple is better at acclimating new players is quite a harsh indictment of this game lol
Coppersan do you still play DFO or did you just play for the video?
Love this game sooooo much!!! Community is so nice kinda quiet, helpfull tho! The story tho badly translated is actually pretty amazing, and combat is ALWAYS fun. This game does a great job at making you feel like a bad ass
New viewer here, always enjoy hearing you pronounce RAAR MARR WARR😂
there's 2 launcher for this game steam and their official launcher
if you made it before on the official launcher you can't make it again on steam because its a different account.
I thought this game didn't exist anymore, thank you
I tried to play this but they banned me twice for existing. They auto banned me once, unbanned then banned again
Any news on Wonderking btw?
There was been complete radio silence since the cbt. Like nothing posted anywhere. Very strange :(
Apparently this is the worlds highest grossing game ever.
I wanna get into this but after playing MapleStory since 2008 the keys just feel to weird
The art and gameplay are incredible but with how fashion is the endgame and thats completely gated behind real money, I think I'll hold out for a different game in the DFO universe.
I can only say that where other mmos have always bored me in the end, DFO got me coming back even after years. But I feel I only like it because its almost like a solo game, kinda like PoE is online but also mostly a solo game
like dont get me wrong the group content(raids and special dgs) is there, but everything outside of raids can be solod with the knowhow and power
i knew the part about project bbq coming but i didnt know they scrapped it for a console like souls game UwU but the 2d game is still fun on pc
Ooo is it not nexon anymore? How long would u say it takes to get to level 100+?
@@chipskylark5500 no more than a week's worth of fatigue, as little as 1-2 days, leveling is very quick
@@Wolfgang_von_Caelid it why they make it easier soon , it the same cycle of every meta of this game
*wondering why DFO sounded familiar*
*See's Rose who cameo'd in Elsword*
ah, now I remember.
Elsword used to be amazing. I miss that game
Games alright to come back to after you been gone for a year just wait for the level up events that give free epic sets, no point in farming for epic gears that will later be obsolete when the next raid and epic generations come out lmao.
Wish this game came out on console too some people don't have a sweet pc
i love this game, i play since 2012 or so, but the fatigue system is sadly too boring, took around 14 days to level 100 playing every day but the complexity of all classes are simply amazing
pls everyone, to the question of: where is everyone? know that MOST PLAYERS only START LOOKING FOR PARTIES at lvl 110 for ADVANCED DUNGEONS.
But oh well, lol XD
As for the challenge, even 3 months ago, they said higher difficult will come out for lower level dungeons, so I'm glad to see that's finally in the game now. Lol XD
The most fun class in DFO would be monk for me,bit a of a pain to level before getting a specific talisman but after that the gameplay is just so dynamic, like dodging around and smashing things the way these types of streets of rage-like games are designed for.
USD 20 billions lifetime revenue, it's insane
I tried to play but my account was banned as soon as I downloaded it from steam.🤷♂
you need to verify your account. he mentioned it in the vid.
They shoulda got rid of fatigue
It should be on PSN
Quit at the start of prey raid. Heavy daily feels like doing a job, also very money-consuming
The Fatigue keeps killing the game for me. The hell game LIMITS how much you can play?
Loved playing dungeon fighters when it first came out… when nexon removed it from the servers I was kind of sad Ngl. The only reason I haven’t played it again is because I moved on. Maplestory is hard to resist sometimes out of nostalgia but, annoying when it’s time
Consuming for leveling & using real money for gear or time for reboot.
i used to play this game when I was a kid . and somehow it outgrew me
when i tried this game for the first time, i aways was without (stamina) to keep playing, so i decide to quit xD
really good game, but i dont like games who have stamina like elsword etc...
Well enough for a fighting game apparently. But that game isn't doing to well
Bro u speak so fast that I had to play it a slow speed
