Thanks a bunch and then some. My daughter and I do the short yoga session for kids together every morning before school and she absolutely adores yours. Your energy and your spirit, your joy and light-hearted silliness in those videos. I managed to do a crow pose for the first time ever during my practice! Yay. I have problems with carpel tunnel and often pain in my wrist but I stayed in the warming up the wrists a little bit longer and listened to my body and balance and your gently guiding voice. And I did it! Thanks to you 🙏👍✨
I absolutely LOVED this. I took my dogs for a hike this morning. I was in such admiration of the trees spring growth . I even stopped to admire a couple of special trees along the path. I came home and hit play on this video and WOW I became a tree! Such a FUN class Koya your light shines SOOOO BRIGHT!!! THANK YOU!!! I come back to this session for the headstand tips. Today I was finally able to hold a headstand for 1 minute!. I truly appreciate the advice you give beforehand. It makes me feel like I can do this and it's natural to be scared.
This is one of my favorite classes so far in this series! I really enjoyed and truly appreciated how you broke down crow pose and head stands. I've always had trouble with both; just guessing how it was done based on how it looked. The way you broke down each phase not only makes these poses more accessible to me, but also gets me excited to try them... Where I used to dread them. Thank you Koya! *Waving excitedly*

What a wonderful, fun & challenging class. I fell in love with Koya's teaching style after I saw one of her videos on the Popsugar fitness channel earlier this year. I was just beginning to grow my journey into Yoga. Now with Alo Yoga, I've almost become an intermediate, yay ! Although the beginning of the class felt kinda rushed to me, I enjoyed it so much. I was able to hold crow pose for about 2 seconds which is more than I could do before. And I also facepalmed for the first time. Thank goodness for the pillow I placed, phew! Headstand- ok I felt my head would crack open like an egg haha. I'm grateful that Koya shared about her journey, it made me feel like someday even I will also be able to perhaps master a headstand since I have a heavier lower body and weaker arms. Tree pose has always been easy for me but closing the eyes added the extra challenge. Thanks Koya for this amazing class and the meditation at the end was the cherry on top🙏🏼
I love when I see Is Koya who Is doing the class, she Is gentle and explains everything perfect. And what I love more is when she tells how hard was for her at the beginning of doing yoga and explains she couldn't even grab her feet and that was 13 years ago! Sometimes (after only a year practicing yoga) I feel I haven't advanced anything and then when she explains all that and I realise it takes years to be flexible and strong, but it's nice that sometimes people remind us that! ❤️
I always quickly go through the videos before I do them and think it will be tough. But with Koya, oh God, you give such a nice vibe and smile to my face I can't describe! The spring reset is my first try to do yoga often and today was my first wheel pose already! :D I am sitting, smiling and I am so happy I wasn't first time in my life scared to try all the poses even when afraid to fall. Abolutely loving it. Koya,after months of practicing the headstand and could never go further than doing it against a wall, you finally gave me the confidence to do it just on my mat on my own. Koya, that was such a fun and very lovely class. Something a little different from the normal flow, but the 'challenges' really woke up my body and helped strengthen my resolve. It's interesting, my hip flexors are pretty supple, but my inner thighs are way tight. 8 years into my practice and I'm realizing I may need to focus more energy into that 'stuck' area of my body. It does feel good to know I have a strong tree, a strong crane, and a headstand with room to grow (yay one-leg club!). Thank you for this class. I really enjoyed the three challenges, but I did a handstand against the wall when I had to hold one pose for one minute! I did not even try to hold crane or headstand for a minute! My favorite part: the final meditation! Awesome! I would do it as the first thing in the morning! Thank you Koya and AloYoga

Wonderful I today managed to do one movement seems impossible in the beginning of 30 days yoga it is advanced but it is good always to have class extra capabilities more than we could afford. I have I didn't succeed to day overflow body but we could reach one day. I Regards from Jordan
