You have a terrific core group of instructors on these videos, Alo! We have to say we think Koya is the best of them! Combo of strength, attitude, friendliness and talent - she has it all! This was a great workout, as we feel stronger and more open, especially in the hips and hamstrings. Great job!
Wow, Koya, this was a really great practice! Thank you. Starting the practice with the breath really helped to build up a strong foundation for the rest of the asanas to strenghten up. And I liked the little eye practice and mindfullness at the end a lot too! Also allowing the oppurtunity to stay in Savasana a bit more. It was a very lovely combination of everything.
Just redid this class. Loved it just as much as the first time. The side planks are still not possible for me ,maybe one day, but this is such a well rounded class, a little bit of everything: core, heart openers, strength, flexibility. 💕
Thanks for a nice practice! I would love to see a 30 minute practice that focus on strengthening the deepest muscles in the lower back and the core. You mentioned you healed yourself from a back issue with such practices :)
I loove this flow, Koya! Very well-rounded, grounding, strengthening, and fun! Your insight of facing challenges on the mat and learning to relax into them and breathe through them to better set ourselves up for facing challenges off the mat really shifted my perception throughout the practice and I was able to connect in a deeper, more responsive (rather than reactive) way. Also, full log pose today! That's a first for me. I was really able to relax into it and not force anything and my hips feel so yummy (thank you for taking just the right amount of time in that pose ❤). Loved the closing eyeball massage- that was unique and playful and and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for posting, Alo Yoga- Koya is an A++ instructor! Namaste. 🙏

Loved this session, but the pace at the beginning felt so very rushed to me. It was hurried & so I had to rewind the video couple of times as I wanted to hold the poses. I just felt Koya was running through it at high speed. Thankfully, she began to slow down a bit for me to relish the poses. And that savasana was the best, with the eye exercises. Thanks 🙏🏼😊
