- was going to do some random calisthenics work today, but naa. pha it is.
as before, clips are 7th set of 7 for each of the 3 sequences, as follows:
sequence 1:
split squat x10
bench crunch x12
skullcrusher x9
ring row x10
sequence 2:
kettlebell swing x5
wall assist handstand hold x15sec
forearm rope x2
(finisher set, 1 at end of 7th) standing delt raise x14
sequence 3:
cable pullover/face pull x12
rdl x9
incline push-up x12 (a few extra on the last)
jump rope x95
@AnthraxBandOfficial of course.
@IronmasterPro weights and bench.
