I just started putting my recipes on my TH-cam channel during the Covid-19. If you look at the gap from my 1st recipe, that recipe was requested by a lot of people from the Cambodian temple. I did it just to share my knowledge. I’m trying to let people know that I really do know how to cook. Not one of those fake people do it for a living. 2. Since this recipe is very difficult (when I say it is difficult I mean it is difficult, because there is nothing difficult for me when it come to cooking, if you want to hide the recipes don’t let me eat, once I eat I know how to cook). If people fail the will blame me for not doing it right, even I know how I still failed once in awhile when I cook this num TROAM. It has to be the right moment to put flour in the boiling sugar. 3. When I have over 5,000 subscribers I will share this recipe with the world. I wait until that time come. If you live in the USA I rather send you num Troam to eat rather than show you how how to cook for now. If you live in Southern California go to Santa Ana temple I will bring them to the temple and I will give you some. Let people get to know the real me first ok?? Let build my reputation first?? I love ❤️ to cook and share my foods with people, sometimes I cook so much that can feed over 300 people at one time with my own money & energy. I work full time. My mom used to say “sharing is good Karma for you & your family “. If you go to this temple in Santa Ana, California ask for neang Pov the best dessert maker, everyone including the monks know who I am. When I tried to explain them how cook and I said it’s easy they always said “yeah everything is easy for YOU”. So be patient “Troam”!
BlazeRblx YT Another reason one of those fake cooker on TH-cam might steal my family recipe & make it his/her own. I will put the my 3 generations curry on TH-cam next week, I watch all of them none of them doing it the right way. I was not going to put it on my channel because my husband said there are a lot already, but non of them are the same as my mom’s recipe.
BlazeRblx YT this num is not that healthy, a lot of sugar & oil. Can’t reduce sugar, if I reduce sugar it’s too hard/tough not eatable. That’s one of the reasons that I don’t want to make it. My son like it.
