The screw thread on that manfrotto monopod is probably a dual size thread. Usually the larger outer is spring loaded and if you push it down the smaller thread is inside. I have one but it's not got that fancy base to it.
My cat, weirdly enough, doesn't "do" boxes. Pretty sure he never read the "how do be a cat" documentation when his alien overlords dropped him on this planet....
I have a Canon handheld that looks like that. One benefit of some of the Canon models is being able to screw lens filters on the end of them. I got mine used and it's a work horse for family occasions.
Oh also I think the random piece metal that you pulled out right after the cord could be the head for the monopod, the larger thread is for the head and the head has the correct size for a camera
Cool finds! Looks like the to do pile has some new additions! I use a lot of old tech often and stuff like the Sony Handycam is awesome to use. Plus some models can act as an analog to digital converter. It’s fun to record on tape and you can always capture a direct feed with FireWire anyways without having to use cassettes. The old iPhone is also still worth testing, sometimes they can be unlocked and still work great as an iPod or for old apps. Then again I use old iOS devices all the time, but they still are useful for parts even when locked (at least the old ones).
If I remember correctly you should be able to reset that iPhone in DFU mode even if it has a pin code, but if iCloud is set up then you can't really do much

Cool thing with the Polaroid cameras is that the battery was in the bottom if the film pack. Great for some projects.
the spooky black cat watching over the graveyard is adorable
@ 6:55 - The batteries that operate that camera come in the film cartridge. I had fun with the batteries as a kid.
You have some excellent people looking out for your channel's needs, you must be very appreciative at this point.
We use Pluto as a TX for amateur TV
Those old camera lenses could be radioactive and fairly valuable. Average price about $100 each.
Extreme high frequency Rx and TX from Pluto

Yay! More toys! The little tablet looks interesting, I would see if I could throw something like Kali linux on that.
Looks like a complete drone, in full D-I-Y form. Time to rub up on your soldering skills.
It was hard to tell but I think you're right. At least a 90% kit.

Bambu Lab is the printer, they really solved a lot of my printer frustrations.
I totally want to hack that little cyber deck lol.
timezones are crazy, but I'm definitely sure it's november now
Love this, i found a haul at the dump this last weekend. So much tech is tossed! I hope to save it for someone! I have about 4 of those cool cameras!
Two weeks every 7 years, that’s when I have no todo pile…😂
That's a nice stash of goodies you came across! I think the 1.3Ghz unit, if I'm correct, is a long range A/V transmitter.
The thumbnail almost looks like a pair of Trash pandas 🦝🦝😂
That would make a great antenna mast
the printer is likely a Bambu Labs machine. I like mine.
Pluto too get it go lower in frequency there's firmware update
We're too start hay
Silence, my favorite chillout youtuber posted a new video
Hey man it's free Thanksgiving so you did a good job LOL 😅
@5:11 - Send that camcorder to VWestLife. He would be over the MOON with that Sony!!
At some point in the future I imagine you're going to just turn your home into an AxMan franchise location?
English England is 💕 you

NGL, I like your videos but I mostly clicked here because of the thumbnail. That cat is HUGE! Are you sure it's not a dog? :D

Those Google corals are used for ai stuff they need a big heat sink
because running an Ai on something the size of a pi wouldn’t be that cold
Could be cool if he used it to auto find satellites, or something similar lol
I have some small PCs if you want a few... Went behind tvs great to embed in Linux, also have some android boxes flashed with Debian 12

Pls do a video with the coral, I bought one and i don't know what to use it for, pls help 😂
What company does the estate auctions? I’m interested…
As it happens, I’m a broke photographer in the market for a long lens. Do you know any good places to find them?
Il mio gatto mi ha guardato come se fossi pazzo quando ho riso di questo video💝
Ho riso così tanto che anche il mio gatto è venuto a vedere se andava tutto bene. Ora anche lei è una fan di questo video😚
IIRC Transas is Russian.
