“For Youth” is so goooood💜 it makes me tear up every time I hear it. The little sway “dance” Tae & Jimin do in this performance becomes part of every live performance from here forward and is done by all the members. It is so cute 🥰
They recorded a few music show performances with “Yet To Come” & “For Youth” before we knew about them taking a break as a group. The last music show performance the looks on all their faces (especially RM trying not to cry). It seemed as though they were taking in every second with ARMY in attendance. (It’s on the Mnet K-POP channel, if you want to watch on your own, 220616 BTS Comeback Stage). The performance was posted after the Festa announcement but recorded before so ARMY there at the time didn’t yet know about the upcoming break announcement so they are cheering, not crying. Later that summer we did learn about the concert that would be held in Busan as part of the city’s World Expo bid, so one last OT7 full concert for them and ARMY for a little while 💜
I loved when JK and Hobi harmonized and all the adlibs. There were several really beautiful moments where it appeared all the singers were harmonizing.
As far as Butter and Permission to dance, it seemed to me they went through a brief identity crisis thinking that’s not really the music they wanted to continue to put our. I think it was good though. It brought a whole new audience and was much needed during COVID. So thankful for these seven young men.
V is known to be the member who does the most gestures during performances which adds to his charisma but I personally feel all members looked more charismatic without doing much because the song for youth has an emotional connect with the ARMY
He does more expressions than gestures really… but yeh he’s been like a walking thirst trap the last year or two with all the tongue stuff and lip bites and winks… the fake gum chewing thing… the crotch grabs lol I appreciate when he’s more natural and not always so forceful with it… it starts to feel less genuine . I love how they all were here and yeh I feel like they were all feeling it in another level… bc we didn’t know about the festa dinner yet and stuff. I honestly felt a lot from the rap line more than anything … so much passion from them all here though… bc they knew what we didn’t yet :/. Im so proud of them though
@@blarmy827 he is always a walking thirst trap :D but here actaully he was in his element cause that's HIS genre Tae was absolutely shining and we can feel it

Yes VMIN harmonizing! I still go back to this For Youth performance because they all sing with so much emotion, but Jimin in particular really gets me. I also really love the live band here throughout. Loved your reaction, looking forward to you next one!

Jungkooks vocals always make me emotional… but Omg in for youth I’m a puddle on the floor lol all his live harmonies and adlibs are next level!!! That’s the only thing I like more about the other performances like this bc they all adlib together more and are playful for sure

Thanks!!! I think I needed to hear Yet to come and For youth again.... I stopped to do it for a while because hear them made me sad.... But now, after so many gifts they gave us after June, 13th... the vibe is totally different!! Still emotional, but without the sadness.. Thanks again!!

How I took their mixed feelings about the success of Butter' 'PTD' and dynamite ,is that they felt lost by what their target audience wanted anymore. They are used to singing about real life situations..songs with messages and introspective and therapeutic..they write abt thing that are important and relatable to them and army. everyday situation.they do not just write commercial style dance numbers. They did it because they wanted to lift the mood of the army.when that broke recordsof their usual style theynaturally started questioning their brand message as a group. thats where this anxiety comes from.

Hi, i am back. Good reaction, ty. Born Singer is a great song. It's a fav for sure. So much feels. It's a beautiful song. They have i think 2 old lives for Born Singer. He has wanted to do this for a long time. Saw it on my twt tl. He wanted to drum for Bruno Mars but he was told no for some reason. So than he was like well maybe BTS will let me drum for them and here we are. =0p Anderson is part of Silk Sonic. They have made songs recently with Bruno Mars. I like his vibe. Me encanta bts los 7 son expectaculares. Pero devo de decirlo creo que se desprecia enormemente la voz de jimin, si te fijas siempre tiene pequeños trozos de la cancion o siempre est puesto en los coros como si su voz no fuera importante . Hay muchos temas de ellos en que me e fijado que esto sucede. Jimin tiene un tono de voz tremendamente esquisito y siento que no se utiliza lo suficiente comonpara que el tambien sobresalga al igual que los otros 6 , sirmpre las canciones empiezan con jk el es bueno pero no mejor que los otros, es un poco molesto la verdad.( y aclaro es mi pensamiento y solo mi pensamiento no quiere decir que quiera pasar a llevar a alguno de ellos ya que como dije antes los 7 me gustan por igual .)
