    Correction: The MT1C Pro actually throws at 393 yards. The beam intensity is 32,500cd.
    1000 L on High and 50L on low.
    1H 15MIN RUNTIME on High | 16H RUNTIME on Low
    Apologies for the confusion.

      nah. a million lights have that. this one is dead simple. and given the beam profile, 50 lumens can "feel" like a flood 200 lumens in many situations up close.

    3:05 The diameter of the battery tube appears to be significantly larger than that of the battery itself. Is there any movement of the battery that could possibly cause wear on the contacts? Thanks.

      ever since nitecore rolled out these new nitelab leds they've been killing it in the overall industrial design category as well. they are now equal to weltool and acebeam in affordable but high performance torches. i won't bring up the high end american lights like mod light and surefire.... whoops, i did.

    Just received my MT1C Pro today……… when taking the battery out to give its first charge, I noticed some lubricant I hope on the exterior of the battery itself, is that normal, should I be concerned about battery leakage?

    • @Let_there_be_flashlight
      @Let_there_be_flashlight 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      That's perfectly normal. The factory usually applies lubricant to the threads, and we are supposed to do the same every 6-12 months.

    This looks to be a competitor to the Streamlight 1L1AA except the Streamlight is programable, which i LOVE. Also similar to the Klarus XT1C, but that has three modes. This light is nice but just doesn't add anything to the table [except the bigger battery].

    • @Let_there_be_flashlight
      @Let_there_be_flashlight หลายเดือนก่อน

      This one will appear much brighter (with a longer throw) than the Klarus one. The Streamlight is a solid light, but it only has 350 lumens.

    • @Let_there_be_flashlight
      @Let_there_be_flashlight หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Most CR123As are rated for 1.5A, RCR123As are around 2.5A, and 18350s can be up to 10A. A larger current draw means brighter light.

      go buy some nerd light with andril bowl-of-spaghetti interface if you want that. 1-lumen moonlight is nice on a keychain. but this is a dead simple tough small light with a great clip. plus it's cheap. i'm glad nitecore chose to focus the features of this light rather than listening to the neck beards on the blf forums.
