Even though I’m more of an intermediate dancer, there are things that I have missed in learning journey as an adult. This class is going back to basics for me with head, arms, and body placement. Please do more of these beginner classes. They are just about my speed at age 53, and so helpful with revisiting technique. Thank you! I watch you all the time!
The U.K.’s Royal Academy of Dance has ‘Silver Swans’ beginner/novice classes for age 55+. (Franchise, using Ballet teachers who undergo the RAD’s workshops re dancers that age). A Google Search shd show if there are any classes in your area
