- Eric Williamson's 1/72 Napoleonic figures from his collection are on display. Presented on a 9' x6' field and featuring the Airfix version of La Haye Saint. The figures are 95% plastic and 5% metal in composition. I am particularly fond of the closing segment. 3000 figures +++++++ Enjoy! produced by 1/72 Legions In Plastic Depot
Airfix,Italeri,Zvezda,HaT,Revell,ESCI.Been through two Napoleonic army collections in my life. All 1:72.
Magnifique! I bought many of those Airfix soldiers in the 1970's As soon as the paint started flaking off the shiny plastic I lost heart to continue painting but I still loved setting up diaramas. You are an expert!
Me too, great memories inspired by the film Waterloo.
really good job on the back packs
Reminds me of the illustrations from a book in the 70's titled The War Game.
Incredible! 🎉
A very nice production.
Magnificent and inspiring. Lovely.
Musket Mayhem commented: "This is incredible!!!" and
Edward Bettina Berg commented: "Another excellent battlefield diorama!! Luv it!"
Both from the posting I deleted earlier due to some editing issues.
The following didn't work-Al-Clad laquer, Tamiya primer, Vallejo Surface Primer,Model Master enamel. So I am going to try Rustoleum.
@@iamsuperroot Rustoleum is a good choice.
I bow to the master
I wasn't bowing, I tripped over my 2 left feet again, my bd....:)
Looks incredible, I like every effort you put in on every detail.

Song of the begging '' la victoire est à nous '' (victory is our).......battle '' waterloo''............ Yes of course........

Wow
Does anyone know from what set and manufacturer the french officer on horse is at 5:40? I have a set from those but I was given those 10+ years ago and don't have the box anymore but would like to get more but I don't know where to search for those
The mounted French officer is from the Airfix French Infantry set 01744. It was also re-issued by HAT 7008.
@@thefoodmercenary Thank you for the quick response, exactly the set I meant! Now to find it!
No defensive squares?
There are 4. The field was not as big as I would have liked at 8x8' most of the figures were from Eric's collection so I was limited a little by what was on hand even though I added Highlanders and British artillery.
what do you use as a primer? Thanks.
Rustoleum spray paint.
This is awsome!!! Can u send me some ideas
Ideas? Narrow it down a bit.
