As a Poison fan since 1986 and being 52 now, I've been following the music for a long time. It's nice to see you doing other things that you are in to. I'm also a former Marine and MMA fighter and would love to see a jiu-jitsu video.

I have the Scrambler XE and it is VERY top-heavy. So, I appreciate the comments on the Tiger. My Scrambler has also been in storage due to a cracked left cradle assembly (who knows how the heck that happened as I don't use the kick-stand mount method) - and the parts are on back order for literal months. Love the Triumphs but hate the cost and availability of the parts.

Tiger 900 GT Pro for the win! Way better off-road than the 1200, but tours almost as well (unless two-up. Then the 1200 pulls ahead). Love the Scrambler though. Wish I had one.....

The Multistrada is notably missing from this Triumph conversation... Have you had the opportunity to ride? What did you think? Is Ducati a bad word in the Triumph community? The Cycleworld dyno graphs are very similar for power and torque with the Ducati starting out much higher on torque and HP climbs higher sooner than the Triumph. Overall the Multistrada seems to be a slightly quicker, more capable (more torque lower in the RPMS) power train.
Thanks for posting the video and your thoughts on these bikes. That Scrambler looks fantastic, I'll have to track one down to try-on soon. BTW, Would love to hear that Akro exhaust on a mic other than the phone/camera, confident it sounds amazing... and probably leads to a being a bit more on the throttle than the stock pipe. ;-)

Hell, no! I had a two Multi's in my life and I'd have one again! This is just a Triumph comparison.

So. I have 3 bikes. My cruiser for long distance backroads and highways is my favorite, The 2021 Indian Challenger Limited. Sexy powerful comfortable bike with all the bells and whistles. I also have the more classic style Indian, the 2017 Indian Springfield. That was an emotional buy because that was the exact bike I was looking for when I bought my first Indian. The 2018 Indian chieftain dark horse.
Ok. My 3rd bike I currently have is the 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE. As much as I love it, I have been kicking around the idea of trading it in for the new 2024 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro. The reason I purchased the Scrambler was that I've always wanted to ride through Big Bend National and State Parks and both, while paved, has a LOT of off road trails with some breathtaking scenery. My idea was to truck over there and ride both highway and trails. Now, although I really love the Nostalgia surrounding the Scrambler, namely that whole Steve McQueen thing, I'm thinking that with such an adventure, maybe I'd rather ride the bike there. Being a 10 hour trip by car, I don't feel that the Scrambler is really up to it. That is why I am visiting that trade in idea. What are your thoughts on that? Just curious.
