My 2 cents: nakaharang yung dining table. Sana na utilize yung corner sa may entrance like a banquet style seating. Overall, pretty good.

Lighting is the biggest item in a condo. Since all the windows are at one end, you can easily wind up with a dark end to the room and a bright one.

i always dream to be interior decorator. i try as much possible to do it in my apartment to combine right color scheme that fits in the theme. i really love it the way you bring all together the cozyness in room. can i ask how much you spend all the furniture and decor po with labor. its interesting to know po maybe it cost around 100 to 150

That’s from ace hardware’ diy paint madali lang hanapin’ comes with different brands. Handy pero not easy to use’ around 5-8K as i remember.

Hi for this project’ nag bigay si client ng budget’ then pinagkasya na nmin lahat. We just met them twice. Before we start the project and turnover ng project.
Will you accept a Cebu project, nakabili kasi ako ng condo doon pero next Year pa turnover just in time baka madami ka pa project na naka line up ako na sunod.
