Much warmer than San Diego. We used to go to San Diego every year and the Pacific Ocean is so cold compared to the Atlantic Ocean. Atlantic is much more shallow. The Pacific drops off quick, making it colder.
What are the people in Jacksonville like? I'm thinking about moving there. Is it a good city for single men? I mean from the outside looking in Jacksonville doesn't sound bad; cost of living is low, no state income tax, plenty of job opportunities, right close to the beach, but I don't know what the people and dating scene is like.
Fuller Farm I’ve been living in LA, California for 5 years now. I lived in Jacksonville for 9 years in the past. I bought a house out there that l’m renting out. I went on vacation in Jacksonville 2 weeks ago. Now decided to move back to Jacksonville permanently. The cost of living is cheaper and l love the people etc..... You have good and bad parts like any other city. I’ve only had good experiences with Jacksonville.😁🥂🍾
St Augustine is technically still a part of Jacksonville...... it's St Johns County (southside): Duval is the heart of Jacksonville, then it's Baker, St Johns, Nassau, and Clay county.
I live in Jacksonville. Trust me, days sunny like that are rare, nowadays since it rains at least once a day. "Sunshine State" Pshhhh You should still check out Florida though it is beautiful
A homeless man walked right in front of us on Jacksonville Beach and smelled very strongly of feces. He walked straight into the ocean, washed off and came back out. BEWARE if you go swimming there.
I was born and raised in Jacksonville (I still live their) it may look cool BUT, the beaches their are hella crowded during the summer and in the winter Yankees come down here and stay for the winter actually most don't leave but when it's not to hot or cold it's a pretty nice vibe in Neptune beach
Jacksonville looks like a lively city with nice restaurants and beautiful beaches! You did some awesome filming of it. I especially liked the old tree. I've always been a fan of lighthouses and old one-room schoolhouses, too. Thanks for sharing your video. Cheers~Stella
Thanks so much Stella. The live oaks in Jacksonville are impressive. The Treaty Oak in downtown is especially impressive. Never seen anything like it before.
Great video! Thanks for sharing!
