Just watch your video and enjoyed it. I’ve been away from eso for almost 2 years now. Seeing this made me make a stam dk now. I went with orc because I don’t have imperial. I was wondering instead of what you used for 2H if the asylum maul (disciplined slash set) would work? Just because when you use reverse slash you get up to 12 ultimate. To help with heroism
If I just switched to pc and don't want to farm a mythic, what 5 pc set can I use instead now? I ran plaguebreak/trickery until maras balm was op and now run plagueb/maras but it isn't really exciting enough anymore
Quite an interesting build. Say you were not to use a mythic or agility I've subbed in essence thief on backbar. With that thinking of taking out coag and putting defensive posture. Your thoughts?
I'd still recommend a mythic, but if you did not have access, essence would be arguably the best replacement for sure. However when it comes to defensive posture, I did give it a go, but coag is just more useful I found. If this was using more defensive sets then posture may compete, but since it's a more balanced setup between damage and survivability, just blocking isn't quite enough.
I dont use it because I don't like the sustain hit, but it's definitely doable and probably better to use it. I just don't feel like I need it most times. It's a preference thing.
Question, So for years I been told you need like 3k crit resistance. This is from like guilds, people, videos and other sources and I stuck by it. But looking at these builds it seems like it's no longer needed, so is impen just a dead trait now in this current dlc.
Since noone has answered you - Impen is still the best trait if you dont use sword & board or glass cannon ganker build. Its just not best in slot in every scenario anymore since ZOS has added a crit damage cap awhile back. There are also popular old and new healer sets that give crit ressistance to the allies in the area, so if you usually run with a group (zergs or organised), then having high crit ressitance is less desirable.
I was using lash at first but the damage from molten is basically necessary this patch unfortunately. They are both solid though, it just sucks to be missing just a tiny bit of damage when you want put someone down.
Healing is only calculated on the bar it is cast on, so having a 2h sword doesn't affect the healing in any way. But I did say already in terms of damage a nirn sword would be better if you want to lean entirely on corrosive. I however prefer to have a nice balance. Either is viable.
@@KingKuroTV that true, I’m more traditional in the sense that I have a buff/heal bar and a damage bar so for me a 2h nirn vate sword is better for my healing since I run that backbar
Keep em coming just got back into eso and I'm addicted again just hit cp 600 now pushing for 800 so I can finally have some sort of chance in cp cyrodil ?.

@@peterwarburton1355 np. I'm Leveling up a new acc on PC, I'm not quite cp160 yet - if I go for this build, that's what I'll be doing, unless something else catches my eye
One thing to realize with the setup in this video is that his play style reflects his skill bar setup and gear choices. If you change the gear setup you'll have to make many other adjustments to make it work. For instance, he runs very low recovery but he gets away with that because he uses the Vateshran 2-hander and therefore heavy attacks quite often for the proc. This in turn gives him back resources from the heavy attacks allowing him to run low recovery. On the surface this build looks pretty basic bitch but when you put the gear, skill bars, ect. all together it's a very well thought out build. On a side note the 2-hander he's using is from Vateschran Hollows. You can get the same one he is using by running it on normal. The perfected versions come from vet. Veteran Vateschran Hollows is a pain in the butt and will make you break several controllers before you're able to complete it consistently. Fortunately the normal version is not all that hard and can be completed by most people without too much struggle. There are a ton of great guides on how to complete it out there.
Agility will beat stuhn in effective weapon power, given that 1752 max stam = 175 weapon damage. The difference is marginal and results in about a 70~ effective weapon damage difference after buffs. The only thing you really gain in the trade is the additional pen. This is nice when you're not in corrosive, but since the main objective is to kill people in corrosive, that line of pen becomes wasted. So, if you want that bit of extra damage outside of corrosive, go for it! But you will suffer a small (extremely small) loss of damage IN corrosive. I decided to opt for more bulk with health instead. It's definitely the easier option though, since it's crafted.
Good points, I played around with both and the extra health was a lot more noticeable than I thought it would be too. I seem to struggle vs some groups sometimes I just get zerged down so fast I can’t keep up even spamming vigor/coag and holding block. I run serpents coil and I feel like the slow kind of cucks me sometimes with positioning. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe cinder storm instead of venom claws or burning embers for the heal, how important do you think the poison ticks are for the corrosive kill window?
@@doses1591 they are not super important. Venomous could be replaced if you really wanted to. You can also try malacath instead of Sea Serpent, of even the markyn ring. They are both fine substitutes. I still use malacath myself.
