That was such an inspiring speech. Talent and hard work are both very important to succeed, but the second one allows you to work on your talent and become better at what you are talented for

I agree with Anushka indeed the combination of talent and hard work is the most potent formula for success. While talent can provide a foundation, it often needs to be nurtured by hard work and determination

IMHO hard work is more important because if you are not aware of your talent and you take it for granted , it would definitely disappear and you would never see it again

Talent is more important. Talent gives more confidence and people will likely help them more achieve their goals. Non-talented hardworkers could go far, but talented hardworkers will go further for sure. And the worst thing, almost everyone can choose to work hard over something, but no one can decide to born talented.

No one is born talented, but everyone is born with their own interests.

@@oda6721 OK can you justify this and briefly argue on yours point that no one is born talented.
If nobody is talented. Then why our society comparing us. Giving this stereotypical comments such as, "See A person has done little to no hardwork and have got decent score, While B person practicing so many times, followed everything from tutorial, still no hope for so eye-catching progress at least".
Those are talented species, they will always say that there are no talented people. But in real, Talented minds are type of genetically gifted either it be parental or from random sorts of any typical mutation in your genes.
Talent really matters, So if u have talent u can have different view with respective to that non-talented person/person with less talents. Talents are already created with genes only.
Those who says that: Talents are created, actually those are skills, which it really matters us. Talents and Skills are different.
Skills are created with hardwork and support from yours either loved ones or the one who counsels u in difficult times to make u stronger and sharper.
Conclusion:- it's like do or die to fit in this fittest survival of this universal theory of Darwin. Either u do struggle or else die from stronger ones.
~ Talent vs Hardwork is a long controversial topic.
      ■. IQ
      ■. Abstract thinking
      ■. Logical and better reasoning
These are the some above traits of a talented person.

@@satyasankalpapanigrahi9416 What society sees and says will always change, that doesn't mean it's true.
If person A is getting good scores that means they have an interest in that subject and Person B doesn't have an interest in it. We can even take real life examples, if Michael Jackson didn't pursue singing and dancing then no one would have called him talented. If Albert Einstein didn't pursue his education and instead joined the army then noone would have called him talented.
People aren't born talented, they are born with their own interests and if they get opportunity to follow their interests and master it, then the society will start calling them "nature born talent".

@@oda6721 Yes, thanks for clarifying and validating my point. Yet, still does talent really matters and it's a confusing title to decide:- Talent vs Skill, if not from society then it's according to comparisons and grades getting in school or getting into universities.
So a talented people can be created:-
      1. Perfect optimistic
      2. Self confidence and interest
      3. Dedication on single focus [ and no infatuation ].
      4. A better opportunities moment in your life for matching yours desirable focus.

@@satyasankalpapanigrahi9416 The school and university system itself is a bit flawed since it favours one type of students. Each child has their own interests and their own ways of learning, since the school teaches the exact same subject with the exact same method for everyone; only few are able to succeed! It doesn't mean that those who aren't able to succeed are defects.

Anushka take some Abstract Thinking tests and then you'll know what IQ does.
Everybody has got to do hard work, it is no secret that nobody knows about it.
Some peoples gifts, propel them. Gifts like being heighted for a NBA game. For technical careers like working at FANG companies, your critical thinking and abstract thinking ie. your IQ plays a common denominator.
If someone is good at memorizing stuff, and gets good marks because of it, most of the people who have the ability will never not stop working hard, to lose the attention, happiness and kick that they receive from the "gifted-ability". As far as I have seen in universities, people need to go through some super traumatic experience to give up studies or their pursuit for career, but even when they decide to comeback, they are faster as compared to the non-gifted ones.

In my conception talent can be like example which are gifts in parameters like singing, dancing painting, intelligence...like alot
. If you are not a singer and voice is not good, then hard work can do sense. But you have good voice and in born singer, just doing hard work on particular areas which you struggle which leads to a good result. We cannot do with what Einstein , newton , Edison they are gifted with IQ or intuition. So all are created with different talents, when you hard work on your in born talent, it's class.

@@saysamnang9851 srsly just shut up. When talent knows everything then why would they need any education. That doesn't mean they will fail. Eventually talent will rise up and go superior then hard work. Hard work will allways be in the second place but they will be in the first place when talent doesn't work hard.amd if you're talking about math and bla bla. The talent will skip some classes like this: if they are in the fifth grade they will go to the seventh grade. So please shut up

messi and ronaldo might have the same level of IQ, but Ronaldo's legs and height are bigger and he is stronger in body mass as compared to him, thats why he is faster. Messi doesn't have a genetic height advantage. That has impacted his speed over the years, even his father criticised that fact about him, starting 2014 world cup where he took the team to finals.
