How to make - Pho Ga (Vietnamese chicken noodle soup)

- I show you how easy it is to make this delicious Vietnamese chicken noodle soup.
Background: I started working as a hibachi chef when I was 16 at my dads restaurant here in Athens, Ga. Since then I have worked in a handful of different restaurants, cooking hibachi, mastering sushi, and even making pizza!

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 large onion
2-3 oz fresh ginger root
2 Tbsp rock sugar or white sugar
Fish sauce
Salt
5-6 star anise
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 Tbsp coriander seed
Toppings:
1 bunch cilantro
1 onion
1 bunch green onion
Fresh bean sprouts
Sriracha
