    I have written this self hypnosis session to help you fall asleep fast and stop overthinking before bedtime so that you can enjoy your best deep night's sleep by reducing anxiety and negative thinking as you get ready for bed. This two-hour deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis also contains some powerful positive suggestions and language patterns to improve your confidence and to send you off to a blissful night's sleep in a happy and productive frame of mind.
    This track blends guided sleep meditation, self-hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) techniques and positive suggestions. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to stop your mind wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

    This is so great had a stroke in August . This helps me relax and I listen to it every night helps me relax and sleep . Those who haven't tried it should hive it a go . So thank you nick .

    Thank you Nick for these videos. I've been listening to them every night. I haven't taken my sleeping pills in weeks. Also thank you for making the screen black when the meditation starts. There's nothing worse then to meditate with a bright screen.

    have you ever thought 💭 about doing a mind and body cleanse hypnosis for us struggling with chronic pain and autoimmune diseases? you have a lot for anxiety on your page but would love something more triggered to do with all chronic diseases and symptoms- food for thought my friend 🙏
