    Thank you well articulated.I couldn't agree more there is no utopia in the world.Iam safer in my village on the Sepik River in Ambunti than in Port Moresby.May God bless you and your family.

    spent 4 years in PNG in Moresby, goroka, Hagen and Madang. Madang was good but the other areas just full of rascals and corrupt politicians. Unfortunately Australia has been giving a million dollars a day in untied aid since 1975 when PNG got its independence. Not to mention all the additional military, educational and medical aid as well. Its a failed state on Australia doorstep.

    Port moresby is not very good for expats..security wise..ther are better places in PNG to live in as an expat..ask the locals for more infor
