Peopleconnexion's 2024/25 PNG Salary Survey
The Peopleconnexion Salary Survey collected data from February 2024 to May 2024, and received over 3000 individual professional responses across Papua New Guinea, both local and expats. We also reached out to a broad number of clients and employers, collecting data from over 20 companies, representing over 5,000 employees in PNG, again using local and expat data. These clients reported on salary, hiring intentions, benefits and remuneration packages and general recruitment and HR trends.

A very insightful video, thank you. Madam I'm seeking your advice on this matter. I was applying for a scholarship offered by OkTedi Mining Ltd, but my mistake was I use 2 different emails, one in my resume and the other on my cover letter. Is this okay or not. Your help will be greatly appreciated Cheers
Thanks for the very helpful tips.
Well explained!
spent 4 years in PNG in Moresby, goroka, Hagen and Madang. Madang was good but the other areas just full of rascals and corrupt politicians. Unfortunately Australia has been giving a million dollars a day in untied aid since 1975 when PNG got its independence. Not to mention all the additional military, educational and medical aid as well. Its a failed state on Australia doorstep.
As a Papua New Guinean myself. It's NOT SAFE HERE and is not worth the risk nor the investment. Capitalism is deceitful so please just consider other options first. Friendly advice...🌹

Thought the 2nd language was gonna be Motu 🤔
Motu only spoken in Central, Gulf and parts of NCD. You can communicate in English anywhere in PNG, but not in Motu.
You are totally wrong in saying that the Owen Stanley Range is in the highlands region of PNG. Be corrected that it is located in the Southern (Papuan) region.
Thank you for your comment and correction! We will correct this in any of our future facts.
