  • The control panel of your spa gives you a lot of information.
If a FLO code appears on your screen, check the water level in the spa first. If there is not enough water that enters in the filtration system, some air will infiltrate in the piping and the FLO code will appear.
It may also indicate to check the filter. At that time, remove the filter from the filter feeder and restart your spa to see if the code disappears. If this is the case, clean your cartridge or buy a new one if it needs to be changed, then the problem will be resolved.
When it indicates "obstructed ", it is possible that an object is obstructing a pipe. For example, a cleaning cloth for the spa. Try to find what is blocking the piping and restart the spa.
It could also be that there are some air pockets in the piping if you just drained your spa and that you did not fill it by putting the hose directly into the skimmer. In this case, press many times on the pump 1 (15 to 20 times) to reboot the pump and to eliminate the air pockets.
In the case that the pump should be working, but nothing is happening, that the jets do not work, you will need to place a service call to Trévi. It is probably a pump, a fuses or a water heater problem.
If the spa works, but it makes a huge noise, the pump may be stuck. In this case as well, you will need to place a service call to Trévi.
If you would like to perform the fuses test, here are the video links that will explain how to proceed:
