Good afternoon, the filter is the right place to start. I would also suggest resetting the swim spa. Turn the power off for 30 seconds and turn it back on. However, if you're not showing an error code and this doesn't work then you really need to hire a technician to diagnose it. Hope this helps!
What is the best filtration cycle to use on a small hot tub? I see videos on how to set them but my question is which cycle is best for a tub being used once a day for about 20 minutes? Thanks
Good afternoon, When it comes to smaller units with not much action, my two cents would suggest setting (2) 4 hour filter cycles. But hear me out, first! Before you hit that display, let me remind you that summer is a whole different ball game than winter. During the summer nights, it's best to set your cycles for nighttime since your motor(s) emit and transfer a lot of heat into the water. And in the winter, you want to switch it up and set the cycles during the day to keep the water at your desired temperature. Hope this helps!

My hydropool spa heated up to 102& today it is at 86, any suggestions? I am replacing an old filter& the valves all look open
