Hi everyone, I wanted to address my recommendation of the two products made by Marshall Farms. Shortly after making this video I was further educated on the company and I have chosen to no longer purchase any items sold them., as I do not wish to support them in any way. Should check out living world Lock and Crock dishes, they make them in a 20oz and secure to the cage quite a bit better. I used to use the metal ones and found the living world ones and never looked back
Great suggestions! I want to say that regarding the tunnels that you can get at the hardware store, they can potentially have exposed wires on the ends which are extremely sharp. I tried to cut mine but it still ends up getting exposed so I just tossed it because my ferret would definitely get hurt if he used it. Just something to look out for.
Thank you. I always use the clear ones made for ferrets by Marshall’s, but I know some people use the ones from hardware stores. I did not know they had wires in them though. Thanks for the info. That good to know!! The hardware stores near me never have them and I like the clear ones because I can see them playing and their so funny to watch.

So, I noticed you mentioned the marshall's tunnel in this list? There's nothing wrong with the tunnel itself, but Marshall's is not a good company to promote, and buying their products (and recommending them to other people too) is directly promoting this horrible company. I don't know if you're going to see this comment, but if you do, I'd highly recommend looking into Marshall farms, what they do, and how they do it. It's truly outrageous and if you can, please stop buying from them. Ferret Girl I would be lying if I said they did not smell some, but if you keep their bedding and litter box clean it definitely helps with how strong the smell is
Ferret Girl use a litter genie and an air purifier. Also keep the cage clean 24/7. The ferrets do have a musky smell but I find the poop smells much more! BTW ferrets are VERY high maintenance so just make sure you have time to have a ferret.
O no. One of mine figured out how to lift the bottom when it’s set up in the kitchen. Is she still young? When mine were young they fit through/under everything
I actually stopped by anything from that horrible company shortly after making this video. And I now get my ferret tunnels from. Mototcity Ferrets! (They have the best tunnels and all the proceeds go directly back into their shelter). Unfortunately, like so many other people, I had no idea how terrible Marshall’s was until after getting my ferrets. Thank you, you are 💯 right. I have learned so much more about them since doing this video (it’s one of my older videos). I can’t remember the last time I bought anything from them. But sadly, my knowledge about how bad they are came a few years after getting my ferrets, although I’m grateful I knew enough back then to immediately take my babies off the Marshalls food.
