    Огромное спасибо за видео. Очень долго искал контент с разбором антенн по частотным характеристикам.

    this is the correct way to measure fpv antenna , and accountable result..

    Hello. Excellent video. What does the percentage % that says wich 1.8%, for example, mean in measurements?

    • @asangag
      @asangag  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      its the percentage of the power reflected back ...more like wasted power not captured by the antenna. in the case of 1.8%, antenna has absorbed 98.2% of the power and reflected (or wasted) 1.8%

    • @Stemplar42
      @Stemplar42 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@asangag Thank you very much for your response, but in the VNA, where do you see that 98.2% absorbed or the 1.8% lost? o Are the DBs compared against the antenna specification stated by the manufacturer?

    • @asangag
      @asangag  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Stemplar42 you dont see that on VNA. you have to look up the dBm value on the tables to get the percentage

      @@asangag Thank You. I am a beginner and I would like to know if you could give me an example, and tell me what table. Sorry for the question.

    Please show smith chart with 50ohm load and short before the test

    VNA is more accurate tool designed to measure output of an antenna, some of antenna's u test would not put on vtx.? Stick your drone some distance away, then stick an test antenna with an rc immersions power level tool ck rssi in goggles and see power level diffs, knida like more real world.

      VNA can not measure input power level or frequency. Its only designed to accurately analyse antennas return loss gain and resonant frequency. It only output about 10mw of power

    Where i can get that VNA analizer for 5.8ghz?

      Banggood

    please tell me how you calculate the percentage of 0.2 or 1.8 or 4.5... using dB and SWR And how many percentages are good and bad..

    • @asangag
      @asangag  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      you have to look at the table using the SWR and dB , just Google it . ideally, you want the reflected power to be 0% but that's not possible. anything under 5% is good.

    Hi good day sir... can i ask? Is this litevna 64 or 62?

    • @asangag
      @asangag  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      its LiteVNA 62

    Seems like you didn't calibrate the VNA before usage

      @asangag  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I did calibrate the vna before each test.

      @@asangag Okay, than you probably have some bad batch of tripple feed patch, mine is around 1.2 SWR on whole FPV band, tested with the same LiteVNA and Arinst VNA.

      @@pav2k yes i think so, i have two of them one from banggood and the other from aliexpress, and both have different physical dimensions. Looks like they are not made to the correct specs. Do u have a video of your test ?
