hello i got same question. can we use or add 3 teaspoon of calamansi juice or calamondin juice or Philippine lime juice instead of lemon juice? my reason is i don't have available lemon here. you had putted 3teaspoon of lemon juice @ the time of 5:20. accdg. to my knowledge lemon juice uses for the consistency of the sugar. ❤😊
