Im trying to do your how to train alone workout. How long do you think i should do it for , do you tunk i should track my progress? What do i do if i dont feel like im Improving ? Sorry fot this many questions but im just lacking a lot of guidance in footballl
1. Training is ongoing, there is no how long should I do it for, you have to be consistent 5-6 times a week, every week. But instead of doing the same workout, you can try different training sessions. I have a whole library of videos on my channel check them out.

2. Tracking your progress if good, I like to just have a diary of my workouts.
3. First to see genuine improvement you need to give it some time, trust me if you put in the work, you will improve.
