And my drums and toner are running on another machine. But why isn't my machine running ? Please help me

The best way to decide this is to determine which brand will be easier to get service and parts for. This is different in different areas. All printers will eventually break. Which one will be easier / more economical for you to get fixed?
aaronbcollins2 Thank you so much for your response. I did a little a research and it seems xerox parts and service is very hard to find where i live. Although ricoh on the other hand there are plenty of people for ricoh services and parts. My only worry is I’m doing invitation, flyers printing etc. If print quality is at least close to xerox and if heavy paper is not an problem I’ll be more than happy to go for ricoh. sachin kumar we don’t use the toner chips. We only use genuine new Xerox toner cartridges. We have found that trying to refill and replace the chip leads to constant headache.
sachin kumar I feel like getting them locally is going to be cheaper than shipping from the US. International shipping is outrageous. Is eBay popular where you are? Is there a similar auction site?
